Cycling at the cyclebar is a great workout, and is an awesome environment to get your sweat on. Very motivating instructors and a welcoming place for all individuals seeking health lifestyle improvements or maintenance. It’s just a positive atmosphere all around. Highly recommend it to anyone. Never had a bad class yet. Just try it once and you will be hooked 😊

I've been attending CycleBar North Hills for a few weeks now and have completed six classes so far. Each experience has been absolutely fantastic! The instructors are incredibly friendly, professional, and full of energy, which makes every class both motivating and fun. They truly know how to engage riders of all levels, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The facilities are top-notch. The men’s shower room, restroom, and locker area are always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. It's clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are priorities here. The availability of chilled and room-temperature water is a thoughtful touch, and occasionally, they even provide additional refreshments, which is a nice surprise. The cycling studio itself is well-designed. The music is always on point and keeps the energy levels high throughout the class. The studio temperature is consistently comfortable, ensuring a great workout environment. I also appreciate the convenience of having cycling shoes available onsite in all sizes, so there’s no stress about bringing your own gear. CycleBar's focus on cleanliness and organization really stands out. The bikes are cleaned regularly, and fresh towels are always available for riders. It’s these little details that make a big difference and set them apart. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience and plan to continue attending classes. CycleBar North Hills offers an excellent combination of great facilities, energetic instructors, and a vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality indoor cycling experience.

I don’t always spin, but when I do, it’s at Cycle Bar. This location is always clean, and everyone is inviting and friendly. They help you out if you’re new to the bikes, and you push yourself as hard as you like. I personally love that they send you stats immediately after class so that you can see how well you did and track your progress. The bikes have a screen that shows you time, RPM, power etc. Andrea’s playlists are always on point! 🔥

I've been to row house north hills 3 times now. 2 signature classes, one with Michelle, one with Joy, and a no coach session. Both coaches were friendly, helped a newbie get setup and feel welcome. A very positive environment. Annette out front is great, she took the time to call me before my first class and let me know what to expect and go over my fitness goals. If you are at all interested in a fantastic way to improve your health, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Coach Justus and Row House North Hills is amazing! The coaches lead by example in connecting with all members. The 7:15am signature with Coach Justus offers a great balance of motivation and technique 🙌 and the playlist helps you push past any self-limitations. I always end the class feeling like I gave it my all.

Row House at the block has lovely and inspiring instructors. Even with a primary early bird schedule—I’ve had classes with majority of the instructors and class formats! Just a few examples of how much they care about you as an individual…I was sent a birthday card to my address as well as a client was getting married this weekend and the instructor themed the entire class around celebrating her and it was so fun! The instructor, Melanie, also brought in cookies-like a true Pittsburgh wedding send off! It was an awesome class for 5:30am!

Staff was polite and very helpful, and other patrons minded their own business. It was a nice place to work out. I didn’t use the bathroom while I was there so can’t speak to that. The Black Card area was clean and comfortable. Most weights were on the weight wall. 1 was missing— not sure where it could be… All machines seemed to be in working order. I used a bike and a chess press machine.

I love it here! Great equipment, large variety, never overcrowded, everyone minds their own business, very neat and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall well run, great place to work out or just relax in the massage or hydromassage chairs.

Gym is clean and fine, nice new equipment. But there are a lot of older men that were clearly never taught that it’s impolite to stare at women. Have genuinely experienced this every time I’m there… Not an unsafe feeling… just weird

I love this gym—it’s close by, has plenty of convenient parking, and the equipment selection is solid. Sure, it leans a bit more toward machines than free weights, but hey, cardio fans, you’re in luck—there are more treadmills here than at a marathon starting line! My only gripe? The hot water in the showers is on a space mission—it takes so long to arrive that I’m pretty sure it’s making a round trip to Mars. But hey, I’ve adapted to cold showers post-workout, so I’m calling it an unintended benefit!

I was so excited for them to open but I only go for tanning. There’s most often a wait because there’s only one tanning lay down bed. Crunch fitness has 5. Cranberry planet fitness has 7. I’ll give 5 star once more beds are added. It’s ridiculous. No one likes the stand up ones. Interestingly the robot response is of no value because I did suggest another tanning bed or replace the stand up with a lay down

My massage today was absolutely wonderful! Monica was my massage therapist, and she had the music playing, massage table heated, and explained how we would start when I first walked in, asking about the amount of pressure and focus areas. I was just looking for relaxation, so she massaged every part of my body equally. It was very peaceful the entire time. I will definitely request her again! I had previously left a not-so-great review on here about my experience last time I was there with Ally as my massage therapist. Body Bar gave me a chance to come back, and I am so grateful! Definitely a redeeming experience and will continue to come to the Body Bar for many more years to come! Even bought a gift certificate as a birthday present when I left today. Thank you :)

Unfortunately, as much as I've liked this place in the past, they lost my business today. I received an offer in my email (which I figured might be related to my b'day two days later). I emailed back and asked how to take advantage of it. I usually come in for a massage or facial, and planned to take advantage of a facial with April. I got a call from an employee and told her I wanted a facial. She said, "Sure! We can do that. Want to do a massage too?" While I don't usually do that, at the discounted rate and for my birthday, I said yes. She said to make sure I told them at checkout it was the email special. Fast forward to today. I had a lovely facial, and an ok massage ( I'm not sure if the therapist was hearing impaired, but I asked for a tissue several times and she ignored me?), but I was overall pleased. I got to the front desk and "Amy" informed me I had the Pamper Me package. I said, no, I had the email special. She said that you cannot have a massage and facial on the special pricing. I told her that was what I was told on the phone. I have NEVER gotten both at this establishment. I wouldn't have done that unless I was offered them both on special. She literally shrugged and said, "I don't know what to tell you." I'll tell you what - I will never be back. I paid it. I didn't raise my voice. But I'll never waste my money on a business that bait and switches - especially on someone's birthday. Nope.

I’ve gone to the Body Bar for a few months. My last experience was subpar. I cannot go back and cannot recommend this establishment to prospective customers. Staff are unprofessional. Really unfortunate that my friend and I were body shamed. If you have that confidence, this is the place for you. If you see work to improve your physical and mental health, keep looking.

Massage wasn’t good I had originally booked a massage& facial same day. Told receptionist that may not be able to keep to the facial appointment if my appointment across the street runs few minutes late. I’ve decided to just reschedule that portion of the treatment since I was 15 behind but was still charged $50. This was outrageous especially if it was already scheduled same day aka within 24 hour deadline how can you give a day notice? If it was booked same day as appointment scheduled? Then got charged full price on the dam facial no discount even though it was a discounted / mentioned discount. Sheesh 🙄. $300 later. No thx I’m canceling all my future appointments and going elsewhere.

Bad experience with one of the child care workers. Out of line and condescending. Owner called but no resolution other than coming in to work out when the employee was off. Can’t have our kids watched by that person. Would not recommend this gym based on the employee’s behavior and lack of action by owner.

Exercises are clearly explained and modeled by the trainers. Being new to madabolic, I've received helpful feedback about my form and am given adjustments - lighter weights or modifications - that help me get through each tough workout. Folks usually chat before and after the workout so I'm also enjoying the community aspect of this gym!

I’ve been to Solidcore and CycleBar regularly. I have tried other places around McKnight and I would say this is one of my favorite workout sessions. The whole team was really welcoming and friendly. The trainers ensure that you do all the movements correctly which is really important to me since I have pre-existing injury. The punching bag is definitely the perk so I can get my angst out 😂

Truly not sure where I should even begin this… my mother was gifted by my brother a facial package for her birthday back in March of 2024. The package was to be used for 3 sessions. The last session used by my mother was in June of 2024. It is currently December 2024 and about to be 2025 in just a few days. We are still dealing with the ignorance of this company and management. We have figured out that after the 3 sessions the package was supposed to be canceled which it was not and that was one us. So my mother paid for another session and then said to cancel it after said added on session. She then used this session on July. They continued to charge my mother’s card as she had already requested for the package to be canceled. After my mother’s final session they double charged her account for one session with proof of her bank statement that it was a double charge. Her and I both have been repeatedly calling to try to talk with management, specifically Wendy to even just get a refund back for the double charge. Every call we both receive the same response of “Wendy’s not here and we will leave a message” to then follow and hear the response of “ oh we have never heard this before and Wendy is still not available”. The last time my mother called was about 2 weeks. She proceeded to ask the woman on the phone her name, the woman proceeded to hang up on my mother. This has been going on for months. The absolute upmost ignorance and complete disrespect that has been delt to my mother in this situation is uncalled for. For something that was gifted as a way to relieve stress has just continued to add stress, frustration and anger. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sadly Google makes me put at least one star when preferably I would put zero stars. The fact of it is we are still dealing with this into a new year. At this point it’s not necessary even about the money, but the disrespect that they have continually shown my mother.

I went to Fit America Weight Loss Spa to get one of their organic spray tans. It was absolutely beautiful and lasted longer than any spray tan I have ever gotten. The owner, Wendy Neely, walked me around the entire facility and introduced me to their Inferred Spa and other weight loss equipment. Her staff is so kind, welcoming, trained and knowledgeable. I can not wait to schedule my next appointment. Thank you Fit America!!

Great spa. I booked the 1-month sauna deal and have been getting an infrared sauna every other day. These are private saunas. They're always clean. They give you a bottle of water, a cold wet washcloth, and a dry towel for afterward. I feel fantastic when I'm done. I'm probably going to try the vibration therapy next.

Latest update: door was locked when I arrived early for my yet again attempt at the sauna, so I called the Google phone# and left vm asking someone to call me. Then I get a vm after 8pm saying they're gonna charge my card cuz I didn't show for my appt today. Third time lesson learned 2nd time I've had to wait- 1st time saw no staff for 30mins and couldnt stay for the sauna. This time the regular client before me was late, so it was 30mins past my 45min appt start time when the girl came to take me back. The client after me had just walked in, surprised I was waiting for the same tranquility sauna she was. The girl was nice and apologetic, and I get that traffic/lateness is inevitable sometimes, but maybe cut the sauna short then so as not to inconvenience all of your other customers for the rest of the evening Update: I received call from staff member apologizing and addressing the points in my review, and they added a free sauna to my account for the inconvenience. This is appreciated, but I'm not confident it won't happen again, and don't feel that fit america values my time

Wonderful facility to work out and a great addition to the community. Although I no longer live in the area, when I am in town, I attend LAWCC as a guest with my family, who are members. The $10 fee for guests, in my opinion, is very reasonable. The class I've done most is Saturday morning tabata. I'm very impressed with the variety of equipment - tires, battle ropes, sand bags, TRX, and more - in addition to the standard equipment you find in most gyms. In short, I wish there was a fitness facility like this where I currently live! The variety of group fitness classes is excellent. I have only attended LAWCC to exercise, so I cannot speak to their other offerings.

My wife and I were in town for the holidays and were looking for a gym we could go to at our leisure without the commitment of a class time. PGH Training & Fitness was close to us and looked to have a wide variety of equipment. Upon arrival one of the owners (Mark) greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the space and different areas of the gym. The gym itself is very clean and equipment is abundant. They have several cable machines, a lot of free weights, numerous squat racks, benches, our favorite, bumper plates, and functional fitness equipment (echo bike, ski & row erg, etc.) We will definitely be going back when we are in town for holidays. If you are looking for a gym to drop in to or a gym to start your fitness journey, this is a great place to check out.

This might possibly be my best find in a gym and trainer ever. Matt is a very knowledgeable trainer, who actually wants you to succeed at your fitness goals. He takes the time to assess your fitness level so that each month with each reevaluation you can see how you are actually trending towards a healthier you. The sessions are tailored to include a mix of cardio and weight training that challenge you to do better than the day before. I can't express how happy I am that I decided to email Matt a few months back to see what Hybrid Movement was all about, because I am on my way to major changes and can already feel the difference.

He inspires to be self motivated, has years of experience as a personal trainer, a wonderfully equipped gym,and a positive atmosphere. One may comfortably focus on their physical goals here. I have noticed vast improvements in my strength and endurance since I began working out at HM 6 months ago. Not to mention dropping those extra pounds! Highly recommended!!

My experience at Hybrid Movement has been extremely rewarding! Over the past few months working with Matt, I've noticed a major improvement in my strength, muscle tone, and endurance. Matt creates a very positive environment that concentrates on your form and the results you're looking to achieve. You won't find any stuck-up gym bros at this gym, just people who want to get in shape and stay healthy.

I had such a great experience training with Matt. I attended small group training sessions but Matt gives you so much attention that it feels like a personal training for the fraction of cost. I saw immediate improvement in my physical appearance and my stamina improved dramatically. Matt pushes you hard but the workouts are always so fun. The studio has good equipment too: you will love Versa climber! I did so many things that as a woman I would never do in a "regular" gym: battle ropes, pushing the sled, playo box jumping. I also feel that the cost is very very reasonable. In other gyms such training will cost you double or even triple of what Matt charges. But what more important is that you will see the results of your hard work!

Gina is a fantastic trainer. When I first looked at this gym, I felt like I had to get in shape to work out there. Instead of doubting myself I took the risk to give it a try. I AM SO HAPPY I DID. I discussed with Gina my goals of where I wanted to be. I was finally ready to take the jump for myself to get fit. She was respectful and realistic. I have hip and knee problems and she was able to customize a workout that listened to my body while making me feel like I was getting stronger. Thanks to her guidance I am now experiencing less knee and hip pain. Every week I get stronger and the pain is less. I even ran my first 5k which I never thought possible. I have continuously felt my progress. Week by week I am able to do more exercises, increased weight, or able to go from an assisted version to doing it myself. My mind and body feels wonderful. I am being pushed hard, but not too hard that I can't function in normal life and encouraged at the right moments. She asks for feedback on how my body feels. If and where I am sore. Shes an amazing trainer who really listens to you and your bodies needs. In three months I dropped two inches around my entire body. I am starting to see muscle definition. I have new motivation because my sister is getting married in a year, which means I want to be toned and feel confident as the maid of honor. Matt the owner is a great guy, with the addition of Gina, it is a great team. Gina and Matt are great individually and in small groups. I highly recommend this gym and the trainers that work there. This gym changed my life, I did not get the same results elsewhere.

The positives: super clean, ample parking, wonderful owner, well equiped, some great instructor's, and a convenient location. The negatives: limited class schedule, some not so friendly instructors, front desk staff a bit meh (at least to me), and, although I tried, I just didn't feel welcome by the regulars who all has their side bars before and after class. I want a good workout, which they provided, in a welcoming, feel good atmosphere. In my experience, the second part was missing. BTW, I took a class near our second home in another state at a Pure Barre studio and it was much different - people (both instructors and students) were simply more welcoming, less clickish.
