Great gym with very spacious layout and two floors full of weights. Highly-recommended, even during peak hours.

Honestly I used to work out at Golds in downtown and La fitness. The reason why I switched is because both of those gyms were becoming increasingly more and more packed with little to no room to Lift. Weight times for machines were out of control. Planet fitness at this location is never that busy even at peak times. Working out here gets the job done and there is room for everyone.

I had a great experience when going to Planet Fitness. For the price, you can’t complain. Locked rooms, showers, plenty of equipment. Just keep in mind that it’s in an interesting area downtown. Otherwise, all good.

New Equipment ⭐💪🏾🦵🏾🔥 12/9/24 #1 Standing Squat machine #2 seated Calves lift machine #3 WEIGHTED CHEST PRESS 🔥‼️💯 planet fitness is stepping their game up. I'd recommend that they get rid of some of the treadmills downstairs/ water rowing machines and add more weight equipment. Etc . I'd also recommend more mirrors🪞🪞

Theres only been one fully working rowing machine out if about six for over a year. The rest all have broken foot holders or pull bars, I've notified the staff multiple times. Very frustrating as its the only machine i use there. Please get it fixed. Edit: can you give me a real response please? Not the "we're so concerned about your satisfaction" response you gave while providing no solution. Will you them fixed or not?

The instructor Elise was really great I would have gave the whole experience a 10 the reason I gave it a 7 was the front desk staff. There was a light skinned woman with curly hair she was really rude and snappy and it just seemed like she had a bad attitude. I feel like as a customer who's going in for a workout especially early in the day it would be nice to be greeted by someone who is more warm and positive. My friends and I went in as a group and her responses to us was very snappy and rude especially the way she treated my friend when she couldn't find her reservation and told the lady it might have been because she had booked it 20 minutes before coming in and the lady was like " you should have said that when you first walked in" with an attitude I feel like that's not good representation for front desk. I work as a front desk representative so I know how it goes overall it was a great class it was just the worker who really negatively impacted the experience which is unfortunate because my friends and I will not return to that location.

I really didn't want to leave a negative review because I genuinely enjoyed the sessions but I could not get the assistance I need for 3 months now regarding subscription cancellation. I tried reaching someone through email, text, phone call, but nothing worked and the instructor at the studio repeated that I needed to consult with general customer service about any payment issues. I warned them multiple times but now I am left with no choice but to upload this online; I will consider deleting the review only after I receive the refund for over $300 subscription fees I wasted because no one got back to me.

Kayla is the best! I’m so sad to be moving and leaving her class and this studio (and to a place without Lagree!). I’ve been coming here for years and have gotten in the best, strongest shape of my life, then prepared for pregnancy, and am now getting back to myself postpartum with Kayla and the team. I truly think sticking with these workouts throughout pregnancy helped physically with the birth of my son and also gave me the confidence to trust my body doing hard things. I love the low impact, intense workouts that actually give results. Kayla makes them focused and fun and is always friendly and willing to help with adjustments and alternatives. I couldn’t recommend it more! Thanks for everything!

The studio's lack of flexibility and unprofessional response to my 4-minute late arrival, due to unforeseen car issues during a 45-minute drive, reflects a poor cultural environment. Despite explaining the emergency, they refused to make an exception, and the staff's low emotional intelligence in their text messages further disappointed me. While I appreciate Lagree workouts, such business behavior won't earn my support. UPDATE: After carefully reviewing additional feedback and your responses, it appears there's an issue with the tone and manner in which you address customers dissatisfied with your service. As someone who claims empathy, a more considerate approach is expected. Unforeseen circumstances occur, and it's crucial to adapt gracefully. Feel free to disregard my feedback if this is your business strategy.

Extremely rude receptionist who did not let me into a class for “not being on time” despite arriving 2 min before class due to heavy roadwork/ construction outside. I was planning to show up 10 min before and despite an explanation, the receptionist shut and locked the door, proceeding to put her airpods in like this was that much of an inconvenience. The class wasn’t even half full… Was then charged by ClassPass a no-show fee. I’ve shared this with so many friend interested in trying Lagree who have decided not to, so I hope this review can serve as a warning. Not just situationally re my circumstance, but the way an hourly employee can feel that much of a burden / annoying to communicate with another human in a cordial and rational manner. How disappointing.

Have been coming here for a while now and for the past few weeks, I had noticed that some of the machines had a missing pin to hold the weights. As of today. 90% of the machines there are useless since the pins are all gone and if there are loose ones. People take them to the machine that they want to use. To make it worse. Staff had put PENS into the weights where the pin is supposed to be. I will most likely canceling my membership here. Here are 3 pictures I took on different machines to show how they "fixed" the issue

Just tried this location for the first time. The machines are newer than at other locations, TVs, Bluetooth, pairing to Apple Watch, generally less creaking and need for WD-40. It’s a Saturday and it wasn’t super crowded. Didn’t have to wait on any equipment. What could it work on? There isn’t much order to their strength machines. The other locations have better flow as far as areas to concentrate on certain muscles. The employees are either super shy or hate all of us. This is the only spot where you’re not greeted with sparkles, but how long am I really gonna hang with them up front? Two hours free parking. Don’t forget to validate in the little box on the right side of the counter … cos they won’t do it for you. 🤣

(Update) Visited again after a week and was pleased to see that all the machines now have the pins! Thank you for the quick action—this is definitely a 5-star gym! I look forward to continuing my workouts here!! ____________________ I've been here for a month and appreciate the clean facilities and friendly staff. Recently, though, most machines have been missing pins, creating a cycle where members take pins for themselves, leaving others without!! Staff mentioned new pins are coming this week, so I’ll update my review soon.

Its a $15 membership so its good for the price. My small complaints are that paper towels for cleaning run out fast during peak hours and machines are limited so you’ll probably be waiting for the ones you want when they’re busy. Otherwise it’s pretty good. Free parking for 2 hours and all that

Been a member over a year and loved coming here. Now, none of the machines work because someone stole the pins. Perhaps leaving this review will help in making the necessary fixing. And please, you contact the manager directly and not your clients.

I have been to many F45 gyms, and I really enjoyed my experience at F45 DTLA! I joined the 8:00AM Saturday class and loved it. I met coaches Jenn and Lindsey, and both of them were so helpful, welcoming, and encouraging. I appreciated how they corrected form and also helped with modifications due to a knee problem. The overall environment was chill, fun, focused, and friendly, which is a great environment to get your fitness on! Definitely hope to be back.

I can't say enough good things about F45 gym! From the moment I walked in, Lindsay welcomed me with open arms. I had been dealing with neck, back, and foot injuries, and I was nervous about starting a new fitness journey. Lindsay was incredibly supportive, always encouraging me to take things slow and modifying exercises as needed to ensure I felt comfortable and safe. Oscar, the owner, is equally amazing! Even when he's busy, he takes the time to check in on all the members, making sure everyone feels valued and taken care of. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the community he's building. On top of that, this F45 gym is the most affordable in California, and it’s also the cleanest! I’m so grateful for the positive atmosphere and the incredible support from both Lindsay and Oscar. I've seen such progress in my health, and I can't recommend this place enough!

I loved my first class at DTLA F45! Oscar was so warm and welcoming when I came in. Lindsay and David were excellent coaches who explained everything in depth and gave everyone in the class personal coaching when needed. Bonus points for the sick playlist. If you're considering a membership - just do it. I LOVE working out at bellaTec. Would give 1000 stars if I could. I used to take some of their classes through classpass, but after just a few classes I knew I wanted to join their membership. I've been signed up for a little over a month now and cannot say enough great things, I have 0 regrets. The space is so clean, well organized, the staff is SO FRIENDLY and helpful. The best energy out of any fitness studio I've ever stepped foot in. Siranush's "Best Stretch Ever" class puts me in positions I would have never thought to do myself and it's so rewarding to surprise myself with my own abilities!! Love her mat Pilates classes too, I'm addicted. Just in the past month of working out here I already feel 5x stronger. I love Pearrie's barre classes, you can REALLY feel the muscles getting sculpted! Sarabeth's ballet class on Saturday morning always leaves me sore in the best way, and it's so fun to get back into dance. Afarin's reformer Pilates classes are great for anyone getting started on the machine, beginner friendly but still challenging! I would opt for Lauren's reformer classes if you're looking for something more difficult but still fun. I just took a "curls and crunches" class with Esmee and loved it- she's got great music, instruction, and the sets/breaks are timed perfectly so you don't feel overworked. Mat pilates, reformer pilates, HIIT, barre, weightlifting, dance, spin classes, nutrition guidance - you name it, they have it. There's options for everyone, available at any time. The membership is so affordable and worth every penny, I recommend it to anyone that will listen!! They're constantly hosting fun events with great vendors and they really do a solid job of fostering a strong sense of community. Kay, Carabella (the owner), Kaylee, Claire, basically every single person at the front desk is a complete doll and truly such a pleasure. Tried to write in every name that I could remember, forgive me if anyone got left off, you guys are the BEST!! Huge thank you to EVERY SINGLE staff member for creating such a fun and welcoming space for the girlies! bellaTec forever!!

I had a really disappointing experience at BellaTec. I arrived just 1 minute late to a reformer class, and the owner refused to let me in with a bad attitude and zero empathy. She didn’t even try to offer an alternative class or solution. Most studios I’ve been to allow a 10-minute grace period or at least offer a free class under such circumstances. No grace period doesn’t make any sense – what difference would 1 minute make? This kind of rigid policy, coupled with the lack of understanding, left a bad taste. To make matters worse, the reformer classes here aren’t even that great – I’ve attended a few just to use up my ClassPass credits. If you’re looking for quality classes and good customer service, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Will never come back again… Let me know if it’s good to post!

Response to the Owner: 1. False Advertisement: When I signed up for the class, it was advertised as being an hour long, but it ended 15 minutes early. I’ve attached a screenshot to confirm this. 2. Instructor Concerns: The coach just didn’t invest in us. She was mostly focused on herself, looking herself in the mirror, not checking if we were doing things correctly or safely. It felt like she was going through the motions rather than engaging with the class. Honestly, I could’ve just watched a YouTube video and had a similar experience, if not better. 3. Memberships and Facilities: While I understand you’re proud of what you offer, saying it’s “standard” really sums up how I felt—there’s nothing unique or special here compared to other gyms. And given the pricing, it’s hard to see the value when there are so many other options out there. 4. Lastly, I didn't enjoyed my time with you guys at all, so I don't know where "Jing, I am glad you enjoyed your time with us!" is from. That's why I gave one star with my reasons, so all I see is your response is not genuine and you are not trying to improve AT ALL. I had high hopes for your studio because you are good at advertising it, but this visit didn’t live up to what you promised. I hope this feedback helps make the experience better for others in the future. Old review: I used to love this place—it was supposed to be a welcoming women’s community, promoting comfort and positivity. Unfortunately, it’s no longer the case. First, their memberships are extremely overpriced with unreasonable terms. I attended their Booty Pump class, and it was a disappointing experience. The instructor was demanding and unfriendly, showing no empathy when most people struggled to keep up. Instead of adjusting or offering modifications, she kept pushing us, which felt inconsiderate. To make matters worse, the class ended 15 minutes early—that’s 25% of the value gone. On top of that, their main focus seems to be pressuring you into signing up for memberships. Even when the manager/owner tried to get personal, it ultimately turned into a hard sell. The moment I declined, their attitude shifted—they became cold and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.

Dropped in while in LA for a work conference and so so happy I did! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the warm up was one of the best I’ve ever done!! I was looking for a nice gym to stop into on my work trip to Culver City and I’m so so happy I did. Really pleased with the entire experience of GymTonic. Machines are brand new and are relevant machines that are sought after such as Hip Thrust, Hack Squats, etc. It was so clean and full of amenities - including a sauna, towel warmer, the best filtered water dispenser, meditation room. The locker rooms were equipped with toiletries and various feminine products. Overall I was impressed at the variety of equipment and amenities there - and it wasn’t too busy and overwhelming when I went. I would definitely recommend this gym. Lastly the customer service was amazing. Grace at the front desk welcomed me with such warmth and kindness. Really appreciated that energy walking into a new gym. Thank you Grace ♥️

This is hands down the best gym in the LA area! Good vibes and energy from the staff and other gym members. I never had to wait in line for a machine and the gym itself was always very clean. Mark was amazing, he helped sign me up initially and answered any questions I had. When I was in a stressful situation with relocating for a my job suddenly, Dakota made the cancelation process easy. I am so sad I had to cancel my membership here but if I’m ever back in the area I will 1,000% be returning! This truly is the most genuine gym community, which is difficult to find in the LA area. I mostly strength train and they had all the necessary equipment to get the job done. I was able to take the restorative yoga class with Claire and that was the most relaxed I have been in a long time, highly recommend! I could go on forever about how amazing this gym and the staff is. Even though I was only a member for a short period of time, it was a great experience all around. Thank you gym tonic!

So far it’s been great, been going here a month. The gym is boutique, not a national Gym like equinox, but is never over-crowded and often you can do exactly what you came in to do. You still get all the attention and people knew my name within a week, very cool. I like the couple classes and love how clean everything is and that all the weights are always put away. If I have a gripe, it’s that I wish the gym app could better integrate with my trainer but even big name gyms like lifetime and equinox didn’t have that but it’s the only “con” I could think of! Very happy to be here.

As a new member of Gym Tonic, I’m not entirely satisfied. One of the main reasons I joined was the outdoor turf, but it’s not accessible during all business hours as I was initially told. The turf is connected to the gym through two large garage doors, which must remain closed if the weather is deemed "too hot" or "too cold" to maintain indoor temperatures. Members can only use the turf when the doors are open, making access entirely dependent on the outdoor temperature. Even if a member agrees to keep the doors closed while using the turf, staff are not allowed to grant access. I’ve encountered this issue during early morning workouts when it’s cooler, and despite offering to keep the doors shut, I was still denied access. There’s also a gate surrounding the turf with an opening that could serve as another entry/exit point; but access to the outdoor turf is not permitted if the main entrance doors are close. I'm not too sure the purpose of this policy. These restrictions feel excessive, especially compared to other gyms with outdoor turfs. Most allow full access regardless of the outdoor temperature, and Gym Tonic doesn’t clearly define what the temperature cut off for "too hot" or "too cold." For example, at Equinox, I’ve been able to use the outdoor turf when it was 50°F outside. Beyond this, Gym Tonic feels small compared to other gyms in its price range. The outdoor turf could make it feel more spacious, but with limited access, the gym feels even smaller. On the positive side, the gym is exceptionally clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who truly are the heart of the facility. Honestly, they are the hardest working cleaning crew that I have ever encountered. If the cleaning crew reads this review, "Thank you for all you do!" Additionally, the manager offered to cancel my membership, which shows good customer service. However, the next closest gym with an outdoor turf adds too much time to my morning commute, so I’ve decided to keep my membership for now. In summary, the restrictions on the outdoor turf significantly diminish the experience, especially for members like me who value this feature. I'm willing to update my review if this policy ever changes.

I rarely leave reviews but just finished my first workout and was inspired to share how exceptional my experience was. So it's been a few months since my last post, and I haven't noticed any improvement. Here is a couple more pictures of the etiquette at this location. Arrived at 5am when they had just opened and found an empty red bull from the night before. Weights strewn all over the floor and a guy had his stuff in the way. Honestly wake up staff. Original Post: Management is in need of an extreme wake-up. 1. The staff is useless. They do a decent job of folding towels and greeting you from behind the counter. That is all. At any given time, there are 2-3 people standing around with no real purpose. My suggestion, get them to reorganize the weights at the end of the night. If they show they care, maybe the customers will too. At the very least, they will be earning their paycheck. 2. Cleanliness is lacking. I've been here about 6 times in the last couple of weeks, normally before 2 pm, and I've only seen the cleaning staff one time, same Hispanic lady. She was cleaning the windows one of the times. The sanitizing sprays usually barely have any in them, and I've shown up at 5 in the morning when they open. 3. It is very overcrowded. That's obviously a good thing. Use the staff to enforce some sort sort of order. I've seen a diverse number of clients with no gym etiquette whatsoever, who better to learn this from than the staff. I seriously doubt you will lose clientele to suffer a loss. Let me not only post all the bad but the few good. The towel availability is a great thing. 3 hour free parking is very good. That is about it. Recommend for the manager to take a trip to Santa Anita mall Golds Gym and see where to set the bar. Will update in a month or two in hopes that I see more pros or possibly a change in the way business is run.

This is my first ever gym membership. Glad I made the decision to try it out. I’m still new to the gym, but so far it has been a good experience. It’s a decently sized gym, but still has good equipment. The PT I was assigned to has done a wonderful job at making me feel welcomed and has taught me new techniques to improve my workouts. I hope it continues to be a good experience for me every time I go. It is packed full of guys most of the time, but if you mind your business and blast your music in your ears, you should be okay! 😁👌🏼

EDIT from 1 star to 4 stars: After leaving this review, management at Gold's has called me to resolve the below experience. They confirmed that the deals should not have been sold as a package. I've been refunded the training days and been assured that this type of behavior isn't in line with the values of the gym and will be addressed with the team. It's very good to know that the team at Gold's takes this type of behavior seriously. I'll be staying at Gold's due to their professional response. ORIGINAL: My experience at this Gym has been alright, but the salesmen did swindle me out of extra money when selling the membership. I was offered a "special deal" where I could get my first and last month off, as well as a permanent $5 off monthly, if I bought 5 trainer days. I learned that deal is on the website without the need to purchase any trainer days. I'm severely disappointed with the management of this branch. To be clear, I would not have bought the trainer days if I did not believe I was saving money on my membership. My personal trainer has been perfect. He's taught me many things I need to know about different muscle groups and how to hit them all properly, as well as the diet required for my goals. I simply wish I had more time with him for the amount that I spent on the meetings, now that i know they weren't really part of any deal. I won't be supporting a Gym that takes advantage of it's customers, and after I've used up my training days I will be switching to a different gym. They don't deserve any loyalty after conducting deals in that fashion. Otherwise, my experience at this gym has been relatively average. Like most gyms in LA, it's pretty understaffed, the weight rack is disorganized, but you can go and get a workout done easily. I do enjoy the class selection that they have.

Worst place to visit! Never go there! It’s not safe. Robbers picked my lock and stole my wallet and car keys. In a minute they stole my car. Despite the fact that the car was parked under a surveillance camera next to the main entrance, the managers did nothing to help find the criminals. It is not safe place!!!

Fave PF in all of LA!! 2 floors of equipment and nice community goes here, people don't hog equipment and patiently wait turns/share when needed. Nice warm showers, places to put your toiletries, hooks, mirrors in dressing stalls, handicap accessible. Staff is super nice too

It’s good for beginners. But they don’t have that many strength training options.

I love the staff super clean. I don’t know what the other Vero was talking about but it’s always super clean. Security can bug other than that. Nice equipment cheap prices. Nothing to complain.

There have been a lot of reviews about this gym allowing homeless people (who are members) to lounge around in the gym. It is true. It may be bad for business, but the owner of the gym allows it anyway. As far as I'm concerned, this gym is doing the Lord's work. I commend them for trying to help others in a city that is rampant with homeless people. The bottom line is that the gym has all the equipment and facilities you need to improve your health. The gym is well maintained/clean. And the pricing is a great value: it's open 24 hours, 7 days a week. They even offer classes. So there are no excuses to getting on the road to fitness.

Super chill gym, everyone I've encountered is respectful and mindful of others, on the gym floor. Locker rooms are a bit hectic at times so, be wary of no space on the benches , or the occasional dude who just HAS to be butt naked for some reason even though towels ,and shorts exist 🤣 I usually go between 12am-7am. And the place is basically empty. Overall great place to work out.

The people up front make or break the experience you have to ask them why they aren’t smiling ? You have to ask them why they are in a bad mood. It’s better to go to another location and the toilets are always filled. There’s parking and showers. It’s unsettling to be in a gym where it doesn’t feel welcoming and you get whatever energy they have on them!

I’ve been a loyal planet fitness member for over two years now and it’s been the best thing I’ve done to help myself be fit and healthy… This plant fitness in Los Angeles, does not have warm water for their showers and if you use the restroom to wash your hands. Cold water , no warm water. I showered in lukewarm water not so good . This is cruel and unusual water situation at planet fitness , hopefully management will look into the matter and address any issues that may concern a member regardless of my race. Thank you

Very crowded between 230pm and 9:30pm (Mon thru Thurs) and to add insult to injury , they hog machines just to be on their phones not working out . The clerks can't tell them to stop because their is no policy on how long they can be on a machine . Other than that staff is nice and the massage chairs are a plus 👍🏾 I poster holiday hours

The staff they have are so rude for some reason. And they are on their phones and eating while on the clock. I get they have breaks but when you're on the clock and get made for me asking about a membership it makes no sense. I have a black card I had brought a guess with me. And I got the massage bed for my guest with MY MEMBERSHIP. The staff got mad at me and said that they were not allowed to use the bed even though they were my guess. And I have done this before and no staff have ever told me this before. So I don’t see the problem. And when I tried to offer a fist bump to kinda “swash the beef” the dude said he was eating and rolled his eyes at me. Like my bad for trying to use the membership I am paying for and using the perks that come with it. No need to roll your eyes and make a scene in a public place. When there are people that slam weights which is against their rules. They checked me for using my membership. The new staff they have hired have such attitude problems and feel superior or something to be so rude to the gym goers. My friend is now hesitant to even go near this location due to the rude and poor quality of the staff.

All of the PF are clean and the staff are always friendly. Idk why/how people have bad reviews. This is how nice the staff are there: There was a homeless lady who walked in and got water. They attempted to stop her when she first walked in (which is understandable) but they allowed her to drink. Upon finishing drinking some water, she dashed into the bathroom. The gentleman was telling her to not go in but she did. He informed a female staff member and she went inside the bathroom. I was on the treadmill so I don't know what was said. Fast forward to the lady leaving. They told her she can't use the bathroom and that it is for members. A staff member went in the bathroom and cleaned it. My point is, they showed her compassion which is rare these days. They could have been rude and disrespectful. They could have ushered her out. They actually had the right to refuse her, but they didn't. They could have called the police or security because the lady was trespassing, however, they did not. Two thumbs up to the staff there. I am not sure if this is the PF on Wilmington or Hawthorne. So to be clear, this incident transpired at the PF on Wilmington.

I tried to join equinox not just for my personal use but also explored whether to bring my corporate company team to equinox but the system is chaotic and as a result utterly unreliable in terms of making any training or spa appointments or even trying to pay for these sessions - I can’t bring my business account here as the service is poor and on 2 attempts to book simple private training and physio sessions all appointments got lost or dropped from their system so I turn up both times and both times there is nothing on the system recorded - there is double bookings and the system on both occasions dropped my account off their system - I have wasted so much of my time -equinox is definately not worth wasting time with - looks glossy and fantastic but the critical service required to support that is lacking to a shocking degree. My experience was frustrating and wasted money and time and my advise is Do not join this gym. In LA there are plenty of better gyms with higher basic level of service support.

Hello, I had a contract for one year, there was an automatic payment, the contract ended 2 months ago, a letter came about the end of the contract, I have been going to another gym for 2 months now, and yesterday I discovered that they are still writing off my monthly payment in the amount of 287 dollars, I write letters to the general manager, the concierge, there is no answer from either of them for 5 days, I call the concierge, they say that the contract goes into leasing after a year, and your membership is still active!!! Why does no one talk about this at the time of signing? Why does not any confirmation of this come? Do I want to renew the contract or not??? I did not expect this from a company like you ... this is more like a scheme to profit from other people's money!!!! No recalculation and does not want to return my money, although there was no activity during this period! I am obliged to know about all this myself, I am obliged to call you myself, so that it turns out to be canceled my membership! Scam! Because of people like you, I never want to set up automatic payments, so as not to fall for such tricks to give away money!

In regard to equipment and overall quality, I was fairly happy with the gym outside of limited business hours and so many members that the equipment was never available (especially if you work a 9-5 and go in before 8a or after 5p). DO NOT trust or sign up with Jan, he is highly unprofessional and will ghost you the moment your credit card hits auto bill. He dodged my emails for 2 weeks when I tried to cancel, I had to eventually call in and find someone else who would allow me to cancel without the obvious gimmicks. If you have the budget for a luxury gym don’t waste your money here.

Today marks the sixth day this month that I have had to leave the gym several seconds after walking in because there are no machines available whatsoever. I understand that there are rush hours for every gym however, it has gotten simply out of hand at the Equinox gyms in Los Angeles especially the one in Hollywood. Multiple trainers are taking on clients during rush hour and holding multiple machines at the time per client. This practice doesn’t make any sense and it shouldn’t be allowed. Today I was making my way towards the only open machine and I was cut off by a trainer who was literally running to get there before I could. I have also gone up to seemingly empty machines only to have a trainer tell me it was one of several bring reserved for their client’s workout. The trainer proceeded to leave said machine unoccupied for 20 minutes — longer than I would have needed it. I joined equinox for the promised amenities — one of which was limited capacity. This clearly is a promise that they have failed to uphold. They care more about commissions for new contracts than the fact that this gym is overrun. Not only are you wasting my money; you’re wasting my time.

Sorry but I have to agree with the other user. The gym is just too full and all the machines are often occupied. This could easily be solved by leaving the gym open 24/7 because then people could come outside of the rush hour. The gym itself is clean and offers a lot of training rooms. Nice.
