If you're considering a membership - just do it. I LOVE working out at bellaTec. Would give 1000 stars if I could. I used to take some of their classes through classpass, but after just a few classes I knew I wanted to join their membership. I've been signed up for a little over a month now and cannot say enough great things, I have 0 regrets. The space is so clean, well organized, the staff is SO FRIENDLY and helpful. The best energy out of any fitness studio I've ever stepped foot in. Siranush's "Best Stretch Ever" class puts me in positions I would have never thought to do myself and it's so rewarding to surprise myself with my own abilities!! Love her mat Pilates classes too, I'm addicted. Just in the past month of working out here I already feel 5x stronger. I love Pearrie's barre classes, you can REALLY feel the muscles getting sculpted! Sarabeth's ballet class on Saturday morning always leaves me sore in the best way, and it's so fun to get back into dance. Afarin's reformer Pilates classes are great for anyone getting started on the machine, beginner friendly but still challenging! I would opt for Lauren's reformer classes if you're looking for something more difficult but still fun. I just took a "curls and crunches" class with Esmee and loved it- she's got great music, instruction, and the sets/breaks are timed perfectly so you don't feel overworked. Mat pilates, reformer pilates, HIIT, barre, weightlifting, dance, spin classes, nutrition guidance - you name it, they have it. There's options for everyone, available at any time. The membership is so affordable and worth every penny, I recommend it to anyone that will listen!! They're constantly hosting fun events with great vendors and they really do a solid job of fostering a strong sense of community. Kay, Carabella (the owner), Kaylee, Claire, basically every single person at the front desk is a complete doll and truly such a pleasure. Tried to write in every name that I could remember, forgive me if anyone got left off, you guys are the BEST!! Huge thank you to EVERY SINGLE staff member for creating such a fun and welcoming space for the girlies! bellaTec forever!!

I had such a wonderful time coming here for the first time! Very approachable pilates instructor and a huge studio that is super clean with tons of parking. Highly recommend!

An amazing studio if you are a beginner or at any level on your fitness journey. The variety of classes they offer are fun and interactive. It’s an extremely safe space for women and the instructors definitely push you to do your best. Overall I have nothing but positive feedback for this place.

I had a really disappointing experience at BellaTec. I arrived just 1 minute late to a reformer class, and the owner refused to let me in with a bad attitude and zero empathy. She didn’t even try to offer an alternative class or solution. Most studios I’ve been to allow a 10-minute grace period or at least offer a free class under such circumstances. No grace period doesn’t make any sense – what difference would 1 minute make? This kind of rigid policy, coupled with the lack of understanding, left a bad taste. To make matters worse, the reformer classes here aren’t even that great – I’ve attended a few just to use up my ClassPass credits. If you’re looking for quality classes and good customer service, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Will never come back again… Let me know if it’s good to post!

Response to the Owner: 1. False Advertisement: When I signed up for the class, it was advertised as being an hour long, but it ended 15 minutes early. I’ve attached a screenshot to confirm this. 2. Instructor Concerns: The coach just didn’t invest in us. She was mostly focused on herself, looking herself in the mirror, not checking if we were doing things correctly or safely. It felt like she was going through the motions rather than engaging with the class. Honestly, I could’ve just watched a YouTube video and had a similar experience, if not better. 3. Memberships and Facilities: While I understand you’re proud of what you offer, saying it’s “standard” really sums up how I felt—there’s nothing unique or special here compared to other gyms. And given the pricing, it’s hard to see the value when there are so many other options out there. 4. Lastly, I didn't enjoyed my time with you guys at all, so I don't know where "Jing, I am glad you enjoyed your time with us!" is from. That's why I gave one star with my reasons, so all I see is your response is not genuine and you are not trying to improve AT ALL. I had high hopes for your studio because you are good at advertising it, but this visit didn’t live up to what you promised. I hope this feedback helps make the experience better for others in the future. Old review: I used to love this place—it was supposed to be a welcoming women’s community, promoting comfort and positivity. Unfortunately, it’s no longer the case. First, their memberships are extremely overpriced with unreasonable terms. I attended their Booty Pump class, and it was a disappointing experience. The instructor was demanding and unfriendly, showing no empathy when most people struggled to keep up. Instead of adjusting or offering modifications, she kept pushing us, which felt inconsiderate. To make matters worse, the class ended 15 minutes early—that’s 25% of the value gone. On top of that, their main focus seems to be pressuring you into signing up for memberships. Even when the manager/owner tried to get personal, it ultimately turned into a hard sell. The moment I declined, their attitude shifted—they became cold and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.
