CrossFit Muse

First impressions: kind welcoming people, very clean establishment, program is measurable, progressive, and structured fun. The coaches care and the owner is quite a genuinely caring person. Of all the gym I’ve explored in LA this one feels good to be at. 10/10

My first thoughts as I walked in, “This is a box!”. CF Muse had a fantastic atmosphere, an outstanding owner/coach, and programming true to CrossFit. The gym’s values and approach to health and fitness reminded me why I fell in love with the fitness modality years ago. CF Muse will continue to be my drop-in gym whenever I’m in the area. Looking forward to working out with you all in the future!!

Dropped in while in LA for a work conference and so so happy I did! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the warm up was one of the best I’ve ever done!! I had so much fun on a challenging but fun WOD and the coach and some members gave me some amazing tips on my BMU and suddenly I was able to get my arms to turn over 🤭 Highly recommend going here! Great energy, welcoming people, challenging WODs, and top notch coaching!

CrossFit Muse is an incredible CF gym in DTLA! It is very welcoming to new and experienced crossfitters alike. It has all sorts of fun equipment, too! Coaching staff is excellent across the board.

I’m happy I chose this box in my short stay in LA. Very welcoming box- coach and people l! Richard was big on form and technique but yet wasn’t pushy. Will definitely be Back. Oh and I love How the box is organized and the awesome quality of the Equipment. 🥰
