This gym is nothing short of amazing! The staff and trainers are incredibly welcoming, skilled and have the ability to coach all skill levels ranging from beginner to very advanced. All the necessary equipment is here from the ring, to bags, pads, bikes, treadmills, strength and training weights, ropes, they have it all. If you’re looking to come in and workout quietly then leave, this is the place. If you’re looking for a group class, this is the place. If you’re looking for a trainer, this is the place. If you don’t know where to begin, this is the place. If you’re an experienced pro, this is the place. BBS has a space for everyone. The members are friendly, respectful and very helpful and encouraging to one another. I really love to see how the trainers speak to the young kids and are able to take the disciplinary skills of boxing and make them into to relatable lessons of life. BBS is more than just a gym, it’s a community.
