I have been a member with OTF for almost 2 years! Today was my first time visiting this location and I drove 45 minutes to come to this OTF! The front desk girls were extremely nice and helpful during check in and the studio had the perfect set up and was clean! But the Best part of this OTF was and is the Coach! Coach Jalen was my previous coach at my gym and honestly it doesn't get better than Coach Jalen! N. Brunswick is lucky to have him! Coach Jalen is knowledgeable, helpful, motivating and determined to see you reach your full potential. I will definitely drive 45 minutes again just to take his class!

One more OTF to rave about! I workout at this studio when I come to NJ to visit family. Friendly staff at the reception and the coaches are very helpful. I always like it when coaches make an effort to get to know visitors and try to help them on the floor. Not all coaches do this but I was happy to see Justin and Danielle make that effort. Conveniently located and well maintained studio. I had a great time working out here during Hell Week. Will I visit again? : For sure!

My home studio is in NC, but I have been coming here for the past few months while I’m in town. Justin was the coach during my first class. He was super welcoming and an awesome instructor. All the coaches here are great too. Highly recommend this location!

I'd give 5 stars because I enjoyed my time at OTF and appreciated the quality of the workouts. However, my rating is based on the lackluster customer service. I faced significant challenges when trying to cancel my membership due to a relocation out of state. The nearest OTF location is over an hour away from my new residence. Despite making six cancellation requests—two by phone and four online—I am still being charged for my membership two months later. This has been a frustrating experience, and aside from making a trip back to NJ to cancel in person, I am not sure what else to do.

Visiting from Toronto, Canada and spent a lovely time at this Arlington location. Awesome staffs and coach. Love the country music at the end for cool down.
