Just finished my first class here and it was awesome. Staff was welcoming and motivating. The 45min class went by super quick. I had done a good amount of karate when I was younger but I haven't done that in years and this was my first boxing class ever so I was incredibly nervous to go but I am so glad I did. I was so worried about other people judging me since it was my first class but everyone is so nice and you're all there for the same reason so there was nothing to worry about. Highly recommend. Booking more classes already!

I love how inclusive and energetic the team is. Though I am a beginner, I feel revitalized by the constant energy and dedication put in by both the trainers and the regulars. It’s warm, welcoming, and extremely motivating.

I signed up for six personal training classes. I’m almost half way through and feeling fantastic. I was provided a meal plan with my macros. The attention the trainers have given me is just what I was looking for. Jae and Liz will kick your but with a focused workout. The cost is reasonable for everything you get. Put the work in and you will get the results you’re looking for.
