Iron Strong Athletics

Having never done any sort of HIIT workouts, this gym helped me get into Crossfit. Never felt overwhelming and is super flexible for people (both beginner/experienced). Coaches are professional and will ensure your form is great, at all times. The programming is fun, and the time spent on warmup is very helpful to get body ready for intense workouts. I miss the gym for sure, now that I am moving out of the area.

Awesome place, very friendly coaches..welcoming environment for everyone, doesn’t matter whether you are beginner or experienced..they know how to design your workout, how to push you to do more and more. Coach Joe, Erica, Coach Nora, Sam, Jodran, all are awesome..10/10 for their knowledge and willingness to understand you. I never did Gym or Crossfit in my life but this facility and coaches were so good to work with, i feel more comfortable and confident. Big Thanks to all coaches and members..

I recently joined here, and I knew immediately that this was the right place for me. The atmosphere is both friendly and genuine, with a community that truly understands and values inclusivity. After spending about 1.5 years at another location, I realized I needed an environment that is respectful and kind to people of all races and religions. Coach Joe and his wife are incredibly welcoming, and everyone here greets you with a smile. I also appreciate the flexibility to tweak and modify the WOD as needed. I'm thrilled to call this my new home and look forward to continuing my CrossFit journey here.

Awesome gym! I love the trainers! But the only thing is that they need more flexible hours. Still a great facility, tho.
