We had our daughter enrolled here till April. Because of our engagements we wanted to pause the enrollment. We sent an email for it to Krissy. She never responded, we went two days later spoke to Ashley and they said they don’t pause, but they can un enroll the student; which we agreed too. However the credit card never stopped getting billed. We noticed in November they were still billing us for a total of $825. Upon bringing this to Ashley and Krissy’s attention they have refused to refund any of this amount. $825 of fraud. Save yourself and do not use Infinity Gymnastics.

I can finally leave a review after my child attended in the recreational classes and team classes for over 2 years. Their teaching staff is fine, but the problem is their management/admin. They are so last minute in communication yet demand everything is mandatory. We were not given times for the banquet till 7 days before. 2 tickets ($75/each) are mandatory wether u decide to show up or not. I ended up buying 2 more for my husband and son (which was a hassle to get because they don't answer emails). However due to the management giving us the short notice, they weren't able to attend. Today I wake up to an attempted charge for $75 for another ticket. When I emailed them asking why? They replied back and said I brought an extra person with me. The audacity to assume I had brought an extra guest with me without any type of verification. I sat next to 5 other parents. Who all complained (with me) btw about the lack of communication from this gym. When I confirmed with them I had not brought an extra person, they said they were going by what I order. What order??? This experience overall has left me feeling like I've been taken advantage of. This is a business that seems to prioritize collecting fees over customer service.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Pauli Selimo and the impact she has had on my life. After suffering a spinal cord injury, I faced an overwhelming journey to regain my independence. Pauli has been absolutely vital in that process. Her expertise, dedication, and compassion have helped me make incredible progress, far beyond what I thought possible. She not only provides top-notch professional care but also offers unwavering emotional support, which has made all the difference in my recovery. I will forever be thankful for her guidance and encouragement, as they have truly changed my life. Pauli, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've done for me. You are a remarkable professional and an even more amazing person.

We have tried multiple locations for physical therapy for my mom, and none of them were able to make the progress with her that Pauli and team at NextStep has made. They are so knowledgeable and patient. Pauli understands not just physical recovery and improvement, but the neurological component that comes with certain conditions and injuries. The team at Next Step knows when to push and when to take it easy. My mom could not stand for 2 years, and Pauli was able to get her to a point where she could easily stand and transition to another chair. This improvement was huge for her day-to-day care. We saw an increase in physical strength and mental clarity from the workouts she received at NextStep. NextStep is the only place I would recommend for physical therapy. There is a reason why you’ll meet people there who drive hours every week to workout with the team. They are so kind and caring. They will make an unbelievable impact on you or your loved one’s recovery.

Next Step Atlanta addressed wheelchair seating problems for our daughter when the vendor of the chair failed. After four months getting nowhere with the chair vendor, Next Step Atlanta provided the expertise needed to make the chair usable. Shout out to Sophia for making this happen, and to Pauli for the PT expertise to get the vendor to do what they should have four months earlier. No words can express our appreciation to the Next Step Atlanta team for their compassion and expertise! Bless you!

Next step is a premier physical therapy place in the Atlanta area. I’ve been to several in the area and this one is definitely at the top of the therapist care and the owner is so nice. They created a plan based off of science and they push me to get to where I want it to be. I am extremely grateful for nextstep Atlanta.

I’ve been a member of this gym for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The facility is top-notch, always clean, with a great variety of equipment and classes to suit all fitness levels. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the staff—especially Nick. As a personal trainer, Nick goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your progress. He creates customized workout plans and always motivates you to push past your limits. I leave every session feeling accomplished and inspired. Highly recommend this gym, and definitely ask for Nick if you’re looking for a trainer who truly makes a difference!

Great gym! Switched here from Onelife due to their 24-hr schedule. Nick H., one of the trainers there, will get you in the best shape of your life. Nick is positive, optimistic yet realistic, and knowledgeable in how to reach your weightlifting goals. I hit a plateau at my old gym, but I am now seeing major gains. The equipment is well maintained, the gym is clean, and the people are friendly. Highly recommend!

Was pretty shocked at the state of this Anytime Fitness. I have worked out at other locations that have been, tidy and well kept. This was not the case. I like the equipmentat this location but the gym was overall dusty, unsightly, in lots of areas. Many things that are just a sign of poor maintenance. I see they’re putting on a fresh coat of paint which will hopefully inspire them to do a deep clean of the entire gym. The people at the gym had a pretty chill and nice vibe, which is nice but the gym itself it’s needs major improvements in daily maintenance. I hope next time I stop by to see an improvement.

This was my gym home for over the last 5 years. During that time I have witnessed numerous changes at this location, some were positive. Recently however the owner chose to reduce the square footage of the gym, this resulted in a much more cramped workout space. Some equipment was also not incorporated in to the new layout. Maintenance of the gym has suffered recently with broken wall mirrors finally removed but not replaced, numerous window blinds in a state of disrepair and often times multiple workout machines (treadmills as an example) not functional and showing signs of long term use and disrepair. The gym space itself was often littered with weights and other accessories left on the floor or not stored in an orderly fashion. Some staff members rarely took it upon themselves to keep the space clean and organized. Were it not for some contracted trainers unwilling to work in a chaotic environment, the gym would have looked much worse. I was able to make great strides in my own physical health and conditioning at this location due solely to the professionalism and expertise of an independent trainer that once worked at this location. I have found a new gym home that is very clean and well equipped. Maybe this location for AF will make the needed changes in order to remain a location that people will want to be a part of going forward.

It is such a great environment to foster my daughter’s love of dance and we are excited to watch her progress and see where her love of dance goes. We had a lot options when we signed our girl up for dance last fall & I am glad we selected Core.

We love 123! Both my girls play club volleyball and have been training with the team for over a year. The sessions and workouts have really helped them both improve their games immensely! My younger daughter recently started working with Maddie and she is AMAZING! She has a great approach to training and my daughter absolutely loves her! The workouts are great but she also provides much broader guidance on the game that helps foster success.

I met Kolleen in 2008, before she opened Core Physique. She truly cares about her clients and their health. The trainers she has on staff are phenomenal and always make the group classes or personal training sessions challenging no matter your fitness level. If you are sore sign up for a Trigger Point session, you won't regret it.

I love Core 57 and although I go to the downtown location frequently I have started going to the Milton location for workouts with Matt, specifically the lower body class. It's great to have options of locations and trainers. I really enjoy Matt's style of training and that I have certain days to focus on lower body along with full body workouts. The recovery classes are great too! The cohesiveness between the 2 locations and community make me so happy to be a member. It is well worth looking in to joining if in search of a high quality gym with a great support network.

Core 57 is the absolute best! Been going since May 2020 and it’s changed my life. I call it the Cheers of gyms… but instead of getting drunk, everyone knows your name and you walk out healthy and stronger. I’m in the best shape of my life. I also love how you get to meet with the owner, Kolleen, 4 times a year to set your goals and she takes all of your measurements and gives you your body fat and muscle percentages. Both locations are fantastic and every single one of the trainers is top-notch! Love them all!

When I first met with Kolleen (owner) I knew Core57 was where I needed to be. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Core57 is a positive community and I love my core family.

Ronnie is a great trainer and his credentials of a master's degree in exercise science and his certifications speak volumes. I am 71 years old and hadn't worked out with weights for 15 years when I started with Ronnie. He is very mindful of orthopedic issues I have and has tailored our workouts for safety first and then strength building and flexibility. I would recommend him for people of all ages!

My son is 15 and an aspiring baseball player. He started playing travel ball a few years ago but what we found is not all boys develop physically at the same rate and my son was smaller than most of the kids he was playing with. He started working one on one with Coach Ronnie and Coach was able to put together a program to focus on speed, strength and agility, build confidence in his abilities and compete with the bigger players. We have seen increased throwing velocity, speed running bases and in the field, better reaction times hitting and fielding. Coach Ronnie focuses on the complete player with his approach to training including the mental aspect talking through not just the game but focus, responsibility and ownership to put in the work in order to realize the desired outcomes/results.

I heard about Coach Ronnie from a good friend of mine. And we very grateful to have met. I’ve been extremely impressed with him. You can tell he really cares for his clients. He takes the time to get to know each individual and custom tailor a plan based on their needs. I highly recommend doing an initial assessment with Ronnie.

As a parent, one of my concerns with trainers is their attention to detail and making sure young athletes learn & execute proper form and mechanics to maximize results while minimizing potential injury. Ronnie covers all the bases and is one of a few, select trainers that we trust implicitly. If you or your athlete are looking for top notch speed, agility and strength training, you’ll be happy with your experience and results working with Ronnie. He’s one of the good guys!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place!!! This is the worst organization I’ve ever dealt with in Atlanta. I signed my family up for membership in October for private swim lessons and activities, but everything has been a disaster since then. The website doesn’t work, making it impossible to register for programs. Front desk staff are always “new” and unhelpful, and no one seems to know how to solve even basic issues. They changed to a new system in November, and I couldn’t log in despite multiple visits to the front desk. When I tried to cancel my membership, no one responded to my email, and staff at the front desk claimed they didn’t have the authority to process cancellations. Today, I came for my final private swim lesson, but the coach didn’t show up, and no one had their contact information. This level of mismanagement is unbelievable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. Four months of membership taught me a hard lesson: I will never come back here.

I like the facility here. Clean gym, good assortment of equipment, and a nice view of the Greenway. Customer service at this location has been lacking as of late. The woman who was working the front desk early Tuesday morning was extremely condescending to myself and my boyfriend, who was my guest. We were unaware of the one time visit guest policy they have. And while we're fine with that, we understand rules are rules, the way she spoke to him was unprofessional and definitely gave off the vibe of being on a power trip. In contrast, the woman who usually works the desk early Mondays and Wednesdays is extremely friendly and helpful.

I have to say that Gwen at the front desk was so nice and extremely welcoming. Just that interaction at 5am made my day. I just used the pool for a few laps - I am from out of town and of course there was the Masters swimming in there like a bunch of torpedo's. BUT they called me over, gave me a lane ( I offered to join their train but they are 1:20 per 100 - Me, 1:25 so I would have slowed them down ). BUT again super hospitable and friendly... what a great experience and I cannot wait to get down there again. If they come up to Michigan they can swim with us anytime. 6 Stars all day long!!!

I did a free trial class and then I bought a trial pack. I could have bought a two week trial at the Alpharetta location, but I went with Old Alabama’s 7 day trial, because it was closer. The classes were great and I enjoyed the instructors. I was traveling most of the Summer after my trial ended, but when I got back into town I had some messages from F45 Alabama. The most recent being one this week asking me if I wanted to come back and get signed up for another class. I called her back and told her I had been traveling, but wanted to call and discuss membership options. She said she would get me signed up for another class to try and that I could join one of the memberships she explained when I came in for the class. So, I arrived at the 5:30 class she signed me up for only to be told at the door that I had already done a free class and I am supposed to pay $35 as a drop in rate. She said they were going to let me workout this one time, but really I should have paid for it and I need to join after my class. Well, of course I would have paid if I had been told that on the phone which I explained to this person. I told her I was called and offered another class (I even have the voicemail). She said, “Oh, that’s just automated.” Not true as it was a real person that I called back and spoke with…then she said, “It was a misunderstanding”. The only misunderstanding was on their end as I was offered and signed up for a class. Anyways, at this point I felt uncomfortable and I walked out. I drove to D1 training which I have been a happy member of for four years and took my usual class there instead. I really wanted to switch to F45 Alabama after my current year (that I have paid in full) expires in September, because it’s closer to me and I enjoyed the classes, but not after how this was handled.
