The best workout i’ve ever done!! Been going for over a year and have seen amazing results. I’ve never felt this good in my body. I just hit 300 classes last week!! Geoff, Nikki, Jason, Bill, and Kassie are the best coaches and Erin is an amazing Studio Manager. They are stuck with me cause I am never leaving!!! They celebrate their members so well and are very accommodating with injuries, beginner modifications, and all that jazz.

This gym and its members are like my second family now! The trainers are incredible. Always helping out with proper form. There is a great mix of strength, hybrid and cardio class options. Just love it here! Fantastic community.

It is a great gym with amazing workout and a variety of exercise routines that motivate me to do more. It helps me mentally as well as physically . My fitness journey rose to another level when F45 opened the last week of February. The coaches are supportive and the whole environment is friendly. Indeed i enjoy the challenges it presents every day. No matter how tough it is, it makes me stronger and healthier. So far so good its been more than a year am doing my work out at F45 no regret health is the best investment almost everyday am at the gym feeling much better and looking younger at my age ; Due to my hypothyroidism i suffered from Insomnia; i sleep much better after my session at F45; Attached is a picture last february 20 i hit 200 session now am almost 300 session, Best Gym ever : Highly recommended;

I did a free trial class and then I bought a trial pack. I could have bought a two week trial at the Alpharetta location, but I went with Old Alabama’s 7 day trial, because it was closer.The classes were great and I enjoyed the instructors. I was traveling most of the Summer after my trial ended, but when I got back into town I had some messages from F45 Alabama. The most recent being one this week asking me if I wanted to come back and get signed up for another class. I called her back and told her I had been traveling, but wanted to call and discuss membership options. She said she would get me signed up for another class to try and that I could join one of the memberships she explained when I came in for the class. So, I arrived at the 5:30 class she signed me up for only to be told at the door that I had already done a free class and I am supposed to pay $35 as a drop in rate. She said they were going to let me workout this one time, but really I should have paid for it and I need to join after my class. Well, of course I would have paid if I had been told that on the phone which I explained to this person. I told her I was called and offered another class (I even have the voicemail). She said, “Oh, that’s just automated.” Not true as it was a real person that I called back and spoke with…then she said, “It was a misunderstanding”. The only misunderstanding was on their end as I was offered and signed up for a class. Anyways, at this point I felt uncomfortable and I walked out. I drove to D1 training which I have been a happy member of for four years and took my usual class there instead. I really wanted to switch to F45 Alabama after my current year (that I have paid in full) expires in September, because it’s closer to me and I enjoyed the classes, but not after how this was handled.
