Starting with my wonderful greeting from Austin and an outstanding class couched by Tiffany. I have visited many gyms in my life and this was an experience I will never forget. The best exercise class around! From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at OTF Alpharetta make you feel welcome. Every workout is different, the environment is fun, and the coaches are phenomenal. Orangetheory not only motivates me to push myself, but encourages me along the way. The coaches are so encouraging and make you feel motivated and good for every workout! They help push you in your goals and the variety of workouts helps me to work outside of my normal comfort zones. The modifications they show for different exercises is super helpful in case you have any limitations. Plus the class is fun and the other participants have been friendly as well!
