Amazing studio ☺️ Changed my life to join honestly! It improved my mood at work and home, my spine & shoulders never felt better, and my lymph system is good. Most surprising benefit has been learning how to breathe. The teachers are world class! I recommend Jana and Justin for people with some experience. Allison, Rita, Yulia are awesome for beginners. I had some social anxiety due to Covid but the environment is warm & lowkey ☺️ For most exercise, I have to amp myself up to do it. Aum is different- all you have to do is show up. I do believe you will enjoy it💞

I attended several trial classes at the studio and immediately decided to buy a membership, since the programs are very diverse and the trainers at the studio. I like the classes specializing in healthy back and rehabilitation yoga. I also attended several women's circles and a retreat from the owner of the studio, Yulia. The energy of the circle, the support and openness of each woman created an amazing sense of unity and belonging. Each of us had the opportunity to speak out, share our experiences and receive support. I recommend these practices to every woman who is ready to go through the process of transformational healing. This is a deep journey into yourself that is sure to change you for the better.

I have been taking the meditative art classes here and absolutely love the energy of the small group setting. Yuliya, the instructor and owner of the studio, is just a beautiful person who makes you feel calm and welcome. I haven't taken any yoga classes here, but the studio is a very open and relaxing space. The staff and instructors are all very warm and inviting. Can't wait to take more art classes!

I attended a scared geometry art class with Yuliya. Her energy was very welcoming and good. She had lots of art supplies and instructed very well through the process of creating the geometry. I really liked the end result of my artwork and would recommend going!

Aum has woken my soul. It is a beautiful studio that has the most amazing teachers whose souls are here to help us. I would highly recommend coming to Aum if you love yoga and are finding that you are on your journey.
