I’ve just started working out here and it has everything I need, nice Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates, pull-up rigs with bands, lots of dumbbells, a functional fitness area to easily set up a cross-fit style workout station. Manager KaDarius was very welcoming and forthright in terms of membership options and did not use smarmy salesman tactics to get me to up-sell. Stuff appears well maintained and the equipment gets put away after use! Only 4 stars so far because the Gold’s Fit rooms and other group fitness spaces can’t be used in the off-hours. Seems like a waste of space and resources, but I can pretty much replicate it with what they have in the functional fitness area.

My first less star is because the free weight room is toooooo bright ,for people with sensitive vision is uncomfortable, is better low light even for workouts helps to look good. The second less star is about the 2 rooms that nobody using is waste area. Why don't you fill out one of those rooms with bootybuildings machines, I'm sure that all the girls will appreciate that.

Long-time fitness/lifter, and will say that this is the best gym I have encountered over many years and having lived across the country. A variety of classes, state of the art equipment, and a fantastic staff. Jay on the front desk is 5 stars and club manager, Max, has nearly 20 years experience building and directing top fitness centers. Super clean at all times which serves as a catalyst for members showing respect and keeping the shine on this club. Check it out; you won't be disappointed.

Be here since the doors opened in 2021. Jay at the front desk is amazing. He knows all the members by name & greets everyone with a smile. KD ( Gen Mgr) is extremely helpful. Hands down, the best Golds in the DMV

Canceling was a nightmare. My wife and I had memberships. Went ahead and cancelled. We were expecting to pay the cancelation fee for both accounts but when we were only going to pay for one of them, front desk person said we were set. My account was fine, hers on the other hand was not. Somehow despite none of our bank information changing there was a balance on her account and we were never informed of this. No email, no mail/letter no phone call, nothing. We canceled in November 2023, fast forward to March 2024 we notice there is a collections on her credit report for almost $400 originally from gold's gym. We call the collection's agency and they can't give any more details so we decide to call gold's. The then manager Mark Krueger after explaining everything and realizing that it was a mistake on their end mainly because the bank accounts they had in file never changed, for some reason they stopped charging us and now we're being charged late fees and everything else he said he'd fix it for us. We were even refunded a ~$50 amount for the inconvenience. Fast forward to today August 27, 2024, we check my wife's credit report just to see that the collections is back, this time with a July 28, 2024 date on it. We contact the gym and there is no documentation of this situation. Mark no longer works there. I understand without proper documentation it's hard to prove these things but as a businesses they should've kept proper documentation of the situation. Without it, the current manager could not help us. We then called the collections agency and they have documentation that the previous manager did contact them but nothing else. All in all Gold's mistake/lack of organization/lack of communication, whatever happened is costing us almost $400 which we have no option but to pay and some damage to credit score.
