Best Planet Fitness in the area. They have a clean and well-organized facility. However, it is a smaller gym that easily gets crowded during peak hours. In addition, they close at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday which is inconvenient. Nonetheless, this gym is extremely well-kept, has equipment that is rarely out on a work order and there is so much natural light! Large free parking lot in the place is very convient. The facility is very wheelchair accessible and I've seen employees help individuals with mobility issues get to their cars safely.

Been coming since November of 2023 and well the staff here are amazing very welcoming. Greets you with smiling, helpful, and tend to keep the area clean and fill with paper towel with the disinfecting spray.

I don't feel comfortable at this PF location. Other customers take photos and video with cell phones the men's locker room. I don't think the employees and manager realize how inappropriate it is, probably illegal too.

Service for Black card members are being inconvenient by staff, were told that they cannot manually enter a request for chair massage early morning before 7 when nobody is using. Have to go through the slow, time consuming touch screen machine. This is the only gym that I encounter this problem. Moreover, the touchscreen doesn't work well and requires the staff to do it. Then they have to enter your phone number, which I feel bit uncomfortable with. And when you come back and request an extra 10 minutes, they give you that unhappy look.
