Absolutely love this location. It’s clean. Plenty of equipment and the staff is nice and happy to help you. seems like management staffs this place with enough people to take care of the daily operations and customer service needs. Highlights: the bathrooms are clean, black card spa amenities actually work and are clean (alpha road location can take notes on this one). Staff is friendly

This machine is out order for at least 5 months now and I reported it a 100 times but no one gives a f… and yet they charged me 42$ annual fee just last week which they say is for repairs and maintenance. I have to mention that Front desk people are great specially Jonathan is very polite and tries to help members but I don’t know which door to knock in order to solve this problem of equipment in this Gym.

Do NOT sign up for planet fitness. They have kept charging me over and over after I have already cancelled my membership. I'm waiting for a resolution now. Skeleton crew of employees, they don't do much to keep the equipment sanitized. Better to workout at home.
