Very disappointed from the lady in front desk I arrive with my 2 daughters to spend time at pool with friends that was there . She notified us we can’t purchased anymore guest pass . And didn’t do anything to even help I wait there and ask her for solutions. And she didn’t try to help . Both of my babies crying to go inside . She told me your friend that have member need purchase for you . My friend try to do it in the app for first time and got really hard time And she still didn’t try to help . I was there for 40 minutes with 2 half years old baby And baby 1 year old . I used to be member there . Now I understand why didn’t keep my membership very bad customer service Like in Covid time !!

JCC is a pillar of the Jewish community but also serves as a community center for the broader Dallas community. I highly recommend it.

For 9 months I have been taking classes at The J! It has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have found in an exercise program. The instructors are top notch! They provide excellent instructions as they demonstrate and participate themselves. This has become a life routine. I am there 4 to 5 times a week. The staff and other members are very helpful. I feel I am a member of the community!

Really nice place to hold a cheer and dance recital.
