Definitely worth trying. I quit my other gym for Corpus. I’ve been going to Corpus since October of 2022. I was looking for more structure in my fitness regiment and they did not let me down. The Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning group is outstanding. Great instructor, great planned workouts and good camaraderie amongst the group. From time to time there is a Dad fit class I join for 6 weeks. It’s specifically geared towards being a better dad and husband by building healthy habits through diet, sleep and fitness. Don’t sleep on this place, give it a try.

Best PT experience I have ever had, and I've had a several. Staff are highly educated and experienced and are able to give one-on-one attention to each client. You will not be sharing your PT with 4 other clients at the same time. The staff really seems to understand body mechanics and are able to do skilled releases, adjustments, acupuncture and other body work to help with functionality. The space is clean and has a great selection of equipment. Staff are friendly and patient and I never feel rushed. I feel appropriately challenged but not pushed too hard. There is also a gym so clients can "graduate" to working out again after rehab with supervision. I am working with Devon after a complex shoulder surgery and I have made great progress. He is so helpful and dedicated to integrating total body mechanics into my rehab, I am feeling better than ever.

I've been a client here for several years and their services are excellent. Tim is an effective and knowledgeable trainer who has helped me become a better runner and decrease my risk of injuries. I've been to Jason for physical therapy when I have been injured and he's helped me get back to running as fast as reasonably possible. He has provided all physical therapy 1:1 without therapy aides, which is not typical of most outpatient physical therapy clinics. I do not mind paying out of pocket for their services and I believe that their prices are fair for the quality of service they provide.

Joined for the “Dad Strength 5.0” 6 week training program and was very pleased. Drew took great care of us with thoughtful workout routines, an engaging accountability point system, and tons of knowledge on technique. Saw noticeable results after those few short weeks and will continue to attend even after the Dad Strength program ends.

Hands down the best and most knowledgeable physical therapists in Dallas. Thankfully I was referred to them by two people I trust after dealing with 3 knee surgeries in one year. I tried out a few other therapists before landing at Corpus and I’m so happy I kept looking after being dissatisfied with the pt my Ortho sent me to. I have been working with Whitney for about 7 months and I appreciate her patience, kindness and knowledge she shares with me in regards to recovering from these surgeries. She is creative in her programming and is phenomenal at soft tissue work. Not only am I moving and feeling better, I’m also learning so much about my body, which is priceless. The energy at Corpus is something I like as well. Tim, Devin and Whitney are some of my favorite people. I feel so fortunate to have found them. Thank you guys so much for all of your help with getting me back on my feet.
