Natasha is an excellent instructor. She clarifies every move as she goes through them. For example how to stand taller as you are doing this move and/or push down the shoulders. She is always presenting a challenge no matter how simple or complex the move. I love that about her class.

This was my first time doing pilates.Amira was great in giving directions. She encouraged us to challenge ourselves in each exercise. After 30 minutes I felt a difference in my body and posture. Looking forward to doing more pilates classes.

Very clean studio! So far, I have taken two level 1 reformer classes but wasn’t feeling challenged enough. I had my first cardio level 1 class with Khalil today and really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere! I broke my first sweat in this class and I’m so excited to return. Looking forward to trying out all of the instructors.

Katherine provides the best class for me. Beginning with the room aesthetic and vibe. Great jazz music to calm the mind. Followed by appropriate music for her workout. I feel really good after her class, she’s indeed one of my favorite instructors. Thank you Katherine for your expertise!
