These crew members are giving individuals a very hard time like their fathers own this gym in partnership. They fail to do their duties of keeping things clean around the gym. The bathrooms are nasty, toilet paper 🧻 rolls on the floor with garbag overflowing but their focus has shifted from everything that actually needs their attention to asking black memberships to scan multiple times so theymake sure 100th time they have a memberships. These workers are creating their own dictatorship. For heaven’s sakes you are ONLY working here. Be polite and d welcoming. They have a SNAPPY AND NASTY ATTITUDE towards members. NOT friendly at all. The old up until 2023 crew was much nicer. Many Machines are broken without any out of order signs and this is being observed since August 2023.

Busy location, older machines, can get crowded (less in the morning), but good enough to get your workout done

The new manager Chris really works in on keeping the employees in check and ensuring that the gym rules are enforced. The place used to be a bit neglected but he's on top of the cleanliness to another level. It's not an easy job and I as a fellow gym member, thoroughly appreciate his hard work and dedication towards this gym and to the community as a whole. Those writing negative reviews reflect back for a minute, would you be doing a better job working there? Before you answer yes, keep in mind the behind the scenes of what actually goes on there. It’s a very hard job. I’ve been going there for almost 2 years and I’ve seen the transition of staff and attitude. When machines break it’s impossible to fix them on the spot, yes it’s frustrating but there’s a process to how it gets done. I think the staff do their best to be friendly, respectful and supportive. The summer program for the teens is a bit frustrating since it crowds the gym but is a great way to keep the kids engaged in healthy activities and recreation. To conclude, I strongly believe everyone is doing their best. Come in with a smile, positive energy and enjoy your workout!!

This gym is an absolute nightmare. The equipment is outdated, filthy, and frequently breaks down. Benches and machines are covered in dust and rust, while the flooring is worn out and full of holes. The staff is completely indifferent and rude. The so-called trainers don’t pay attention to form or safety, spending most of their time on their phones. The locker rooms are constantly dirty, the floors are sticky, and the smell is disgusting. Worst of all is the customer service—complaints and requests are completely ignored. This gym is absolutely not worth the money!
