I recently returned to Sam after welcoming my second baby, and it felt like I had never left. Sam consistently exceeds expectations for all his clients, tailoring each workout to fit individual needs. I attend both his private lessons and group classes, and I always walk away feeling like I've made the most of my workout. Sam's genuine care for his clients shines through, and his positive energy creates a great atmosphere. The gym itself is consistently clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide range of equipment. I can't imagine training anywhere else.

BK Fitness Club is a compact, fully equipped, and well-maintained gym conveniently located near my home. I started training with Sammy a few months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As someone who was unsure where to begin, I found Sammy to be incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He took the time to understand my strengths and weaknesses, allowing us to tailor my workouts effectively. We started out slow, but with his encouragement, I’ve been pushed to challenge myself and exceed my limits. Thanks to Sammy’s motivation and expertise, I’ve seen significant improvements in my fitness and feel like a better version of myself. I highly recommend BK Fitness and training with Sammy to anyone looking to get started or take their fitness to the next level!

I started training at BKfitness in August after being so bored and Inconsistent with past gym experiences. I always find it a struggle to stay motivated consistent until I start training with Marc. I do both Personal and semi group training and from the day I met him it has been the best experience I have ever had!! Marc has so much energy it is CONTAGIOUS!! Marc and Sammy are so motivating And make you feel like family right away!! It has been almost 3 months and I have never been happier with my results. I feel so amazing and see a huge improvement in my overall energy and appearance. I always wanted a trainer that would push me and challenge me and that’s exactly what Marc does!! He cares about EVERY Client and Personalizes the Training to my individual needs. I am addicted And actually look forward to training with him every day. If you are serious about seeing results and working hard this is the place!!! Honestly the best decision I have ever made cannot imagine going anywhere else.

To preface, I first joined BK Fitness in April and started personal training with Samuel in May. Despite only being a member of BK Fitness for about 4 months, I've managed to undo the weight gain of the past 5 years and am down 24 lbs as of writing this review (208 at my heaviest to 184 today). It goes without saying that the experience has been nothing short of life changing and i've got Samuel to thank for this. I can confidently say that without Samuel, I would not have seen this change as quickly as i've seen it, because no one (including myself) has pushed me as hard as Samuel has. Samuel is a very knowledgeable instructor who runs a gym full of state of the art equipment and has from Day 1 of my journey been a guiding light for me not only in terms of exercise but also in terms of diet and overall health advice, which has definitely helped me with my overall health. One Sunday in May I came in to work on cardio. Samuel had just finished up with another client and offered to help me with my cardio training and after that hour was over I knew I needed to sign up with Samuel for personal training sessions cause he pushed me past every single limit I thought I had. In short, you can catch me here most days. I can't imagine my life without this place.
