What a fun time!! Goldy was our instructor, and she had us flying in no time! We laughed so much, and we got to do some really interesting stuff. The hour session went way too fast. Can’t wait to go again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The space was clean. The instructor took the time to explain and show the various moves throughout the workout. My friend and I really enjoyed our experience.

An amazing workout, you enjoy the movement, light on foot, fly high to the sky. Doesn't take much time to learn the routine, and boy is it FUN! After a few sessions you see a big difference in your performance on the bungee, and strengthening of muscles that you never knew existed. This is a must for every women and girl! The class is so pumped and exciting, it's like a great break from all the pressures of the daily grind. It's an amazing go-to that is better than any therapy session out there. Great for physical and mental health, along with the camaraderie and new friends that I now have. Exclusive ladies only- with a men's class in the coming!
