(UPDATE) Nationwide, they recently have been remodeling and adding new Equipment!! Convenient and really brings the people of Spring Valley together to reach their post covid goals/Fitness achievement

New member, very disappointed with Spring Valley location. 30 minutes circuit room isn't monitored, so each visit people just sit, using it as their hiding space or personal piece of equipment. I've never even seen a staff person in the first 2 operating hours, other than the occasional appearance of someone on their cell phone. My first day here another member in the 30 minute room said it's the norm here, you can't get a circuit workout. Very frustrating that their own posted "rules" aren't followed by staff. None of the upright bikes work. Hoping they get at least 2 or 3 working before the month is over.

The attendants were constantly cleaning. I mean everything. This is a busy location in a strip mall. About four people were working behind the counter and one looked up when I beeped in to say 'Have a good work out" Which is nice, because they were all legit working with a client. There is a somewhat small parking lot out front. Here's the great thing: BLOW DRYERS I have been to only about a dozen PF locations but this one has a hair dryer. OMG I was thrilled. Edit: There are TVs IN the elliptical machines. I mean like Your own personal screen integrated in the display. It was pretty awesome.

I have been to planet fitness all over the country. This is this worst planet fitness. The machines are broken and out dated. There aren't enough dumb bells. And one of their black employees was telling me that I have to check in every one or 2 hours. This is the most ridiculous statement I ever heard. In my years of being a planet fitness member NEVER in a planet fitness I have been told I have to check in every one to two hours ON THE SAME DAY!!! Is this guy singling me out and is racist? Racist is still in America and its not just towards black people. Black people are also racist towards white people. I don't appreciate his attitude and telling me that at all in a free country and as a black card member.

This is the most dirty planet fitness I have ever bin to there’s a young white guy and Asian guy trying to traffic young girls they are on the look out and there’s a Spanish lady that helps them I will never go there again I felt so unease with these people
