YogaSix West Sanford

Honestly, the YogaSix West Sanford studio is a real gem! The availability of classes catering to all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis, is definitely a huge plus. The studio provides such a positive vibe every week and the staff is just amazing (thank you Gigi for always being so helpful!). I had been looking to becoming part of a supportive and uplifting community, so I'm just so grateful for the fabulous group of people I've found there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 🧘‍♀️✨

I cannot begin to express what this yoga studio has helped me accomplish! I needed some sturdy accountability and this studio along with every teacher there has been a great opportunity to have that accountability. As a Christian, I also feel like I can tailor my practice to include God with encouragement. Furthermore, I love the energy each teacher brings to their class! I can stumble, fall, rest, do half the poses, AND still feel like I completed a good class. The only competition is me versus me! So glad to have found this studio!

I have been going to Yoga6 for some time now, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The studio itself is creating a serene and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. The instructors (Julie, Lauren, Sasha, Victoria, Kaitlin, Michelle) are incredibly knowledgeable and always attentive, ensuring that each yogi is comfortable and properly guided through the poses. Whether you are beginner or an experienced yogi, you will feel right at home here. The class variety is excellent, offering everything from gentle restorative sessions to more challenging vinyasa flows. Also, they have a filtered water dispenser to fill your bottle up before/after class and the booking process is seamless. Overall, Yoga6 is a gem in the community, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their yoga practice or simply find a peaceful retreat from the hustle of daily life.

YogaSix is absolutely incredible! The staff is so welcoming and they make you feel right at home immediately! From the first day I walked in I felt like I’ve been going there for years! I enjoyed spending my Bday with them as they made me feel so special 🥹♥️ if you haven’t joined yet don’t wait, come join the Yogi Family Tree! We can’t wait to meet you!

Where do I even start? This place completely changed my life. All the staff is amazing, they make you feel at home and like you belong there. I’ve never practiced yoga before, and even when I paid my first month I told the owner “do people really come 4 times a week?” (Meanwhile I paid for an unlimited membership) and without really forcing it, I found myself going almost everyday or even twice a day… so if you’re thinking “should I try a class?” Definitely do! Also, their location is always clean, they have a huge mirror so you can check your form and see your progress, their bathrooms have dry shampoo and hair ties (which is a life savior lol) the whole place is aesthetically pleasing (if you know you know) I love yoga six! 🤍
