I love this location! I am from the New England area and took a workout class while on vacation. Mel was FANTASTIC! She brought great energy and was very motivating. I recommend taking her classes!!

I love this location! The owner is incredible and is all about the community and members ! The coaches are wonderful! Coach Sarah is welcoming , coach Bella is so knowledgeable , and helpful! The front staff Symphony, Aaron , Aaliyah and Nat always go an extra step in celebrating members and special occasions! The whole team ensures that the brag board is there always ! Coach Mel always gives amazing feedback! I honestly think this is one of the best locations I been too after taking over 800 classes this place steals my heart ! When we did dri tri , the whole team cheered us on , they made signs and prepared the whole studio night before! They go above and beyond ! They always bring the energy 🧡 and take care of everyone ! The workouts templates are the same world wide so if you were to go to multiple locations on the same day Sanford West team will definitely stand out!

I decided to join Orangetheory to jump start my fitness journey nearly 3 months ago and this did not disappoint. I appreciate the attentiveness of the coaches, correcting forms, challenging your weight selection and pushing you to be your best. I’ve had the opportunity to be coached by Joey, Mel and Sarah although I’ve had a few other coaches during my time. The studio also started the option of choosing a weight or cardio class which allows you to focus on the areas of your choice. Since joining, I’ve lost about 10lbs but have gained muscle mass and am down nearly 2 pant sizes. This studio has challenges throughout the months to keep members engaged and keeps track of your stats. The other members are all very welcoming, you’ll become a part of the community. The front desk personnel are all professional and kind. This was the best fitness decision I’ve made last year. Truly recommend

Had a great workout session at OTF! Coaches are all super nice especially one of the managers who was working at the time Aaliyah. I originally went to try the Lake Mary location and I was unimpressed with the staff and felt like they just wanted what was in my wallet and that’s not how you do business. Decided to give it another try with the sanford location and it definitely was a COMPLETELY different atmosphere. One of the managers, Aaliyah made me feel very comfortable and guided me along the WHOLE way.

The trainers and staff are excellent! I haven’t been to a gym in years and was intimidated, but after meeting with them I was relieved. They are very patient, supportive and are great motivators. My workout experience is much better than any big box gym, it is personalized and the work outs are for any fitness level. Best part is I’m still going to classes and seeing/feeling a lot better, just in time for swimsuit season ☺️
