Body by Roni Fitness and Day Spa

I love this gym. Everyone there is welcoming and kind. I love how it feels exclusive and never over crowded. As someone with “gym anxiety” here, I always feel good. Plus training with Roni has been great! I know she always has my form in check and will push me the perfect amount. I always feel good after a session.

All my life I've never felt comfortable in a gym atmosphere until I found Roni's place. This has been a great decision to join Roni's gym and would recommend it to anyone. If you're like me and easily intimidated by gyms and would prefer a smaller, more intimate and less crowded gym atmosphere, this is the place for you. Plus, you have the huge bonus of it being a 24/7 gym and can workout whenever you want or what works best for your schedule. Again, highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. :)

I highly recommend Body by Roni ! The gym is private, open 24 hrs, you have your own access code, very secure and super clean ! Roni the owner gives her utmost attention to all her clients, helping each one achieve their fitness goals. I have been training with Roni for a few years now, and I feel so much stronger physically and mentally ! I could not have made it without you girl ! You are the best trainer ever !!

I recently joined Body by Roni because I was getting tired of the big name gyms filled with people who were truly not there to work out. This amazing gym has all your needs with that home feeling. If you are lucky, you get to visit with little Betty (the cutest dog ever)! I really have nothing but great things to say, it is clean, well kept, everyone gets their own code so you work out when it’s convenient for you. If you are tired of the big name crowded gyms then I would highly recommend Body by Roni!!

I found Body by Roni while in town visiting relatives. I am very dedicated to my fitness so needed a gym to keep myself on track while on vacation. This gym was great for me. It has all the basic equipment as well as enough free weights and a squat rack to get a good workout in. It's comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and supportive. I will keep coming back when I'm in town.
