Altitude Trampoline Park

Altitude Trampoline Park was Awesome!! 👏 We were invited to a classmate’s birthday party today and it was pretty cool to enjoy the birthday rooms… I wish they didn’t rush us and out so fast though… I felt like they pressured us for leaving even when we were not ready to go… But the atmosphere was great for the kids and they had a blast! 💥 Thank you for the great service on serving the pizza and cake 🎂. It was a great experience! 👍

Overview: RUN! SCAM! Gloria the manager is extremely unhelpful. This place is a scam, no other way to look at it. They make their money by lying in big letters that there is no cancellation fee. However you commit to 5 months. Thievery. My experience: I signed up for the Ultimate monthly option with the understanding that there is no cancellation fee. Small print you commit to 3 months. I spoke to a manager by phone after my 2nd month charge and he said to call in after 3 months to cancel completely. Another lie, you can't cancel by phone. So yesterday after speaking to the useless manager Gloria, I show up to cancel. Girl at at the front tells me I will need to pay an additional 2 months after submitting a cancellation form. 😵‍💫 Let her know I'll be cancelling my card before I pay another fee to them. I paid over $60 for my son to go here once. Hannah officially terminated my account and supposedly my payments. We'll see. Probably still cancelling my card as I've been lied to multiple times here. Also, very dirty. The parking lot mirrors the customer service you'll receive on the inside. Trash. READ REVIEWS. Save yourself some time. Close the card. These people lie!!!

The park itself is awesome and well kept. The staff, however, act like they’d rather be anywhere else but work. We have a membership and can overlook the carnival-equivalent service, but it sure would be nice if they acknowledged you if you’re standing in front of them waiting in line, if they smiled, and refilled the hand-sanitizer dispensers.

This place used to be a lot better and more fun. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They barely pay attention to the floor. There’s barely any seating up top for parents to watch their children because you have so many party tables. The spectator fee is a joke. Seminole county must be enforcing the codes because in Volusia there is no spectator fee. The layout now is not that appealing. The super tramps were more fun. To top it off, you have to pay for one of the areas to play in. Again, staff does not monitor jumpers very well. In the photos you can clearly see there are no staff members watching the floor. One of the trampolines is missing a spring. There was no staff near the swing bar for the kids to be able to use it either. $35 for one person to jump is insane. You can clearly see that staff favors certain guests.

Great indoor jump place. We came as buddy passes of members and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and my children, ages 6 and 4, had a blast as little sister, 4 months was attached to me. The mini toddler trampoline area and climbing gym was great for my littles. The main jump area had so many great action games that my kids had smiles the whole time. The AC was great and they even had lockers. We purchased socks, candy, and ice cream. We visited around 12pm on Sunday and it was relatively busy. The only improvement I'd suggest is for staff to help parents ensure little ones don't wander away from the play areas to the games and candy area. I didn't notice staff at the entrances of the play areas but they were all over keeping the place clean. My concern was that my kids would walk out and wander and lose me but that did not happen, as we had several adults to help me supervise my kids. We would return again at a less busy time.
