Urban Ōm Power Yoga

Urban Om is an awesome studio. The owner and staff are welcoming and warm, provide solid informed power yoga in a hot setting that is clean and consistent in a supportive environment. They truly practice what they preach at Urban Om and also offer individual private instruction, yoga teacher trainings, workshops and yoga retreats. As someone who has practiced yoga for over 25 years, I have attended Urban Om almost since their inception and highly recommend it for serious practitioners.

The only Yoga Studio for me in Sanford. I love every instructor, the studio is cozy and friendly, and hot power yoga is my favorite way to exercise. I also really love non heated slow flows and yin. Such a safe and welcoming space my favorite ❤️

I’ve been going to the studio for several years and have been practicing hot yoga in Central Florida in all of the main studios for over 15 years. Urban Ōm is by far one of the best studios in town. I’ve always felt warm and welcome from my first day and no matter how long I’m away for traveling, I get a “welcome back” when I return. The classes are excellent physically and also spiritually. They are all encompassing. I was at their 5-year Anniversary today and congratulate Lori and the entire team and thank you for making our community even better!

I don't think there are enough words to describe how peaceful, empowering, and welcoming Lori and her team are. I am by no means a pro yogi - whatever the opposite of strong, flexible, and balanced are - that's me :) Before starting my journey at Urban Om (April 2020), I would follow YouTube videos and attended a few studios in Miami where I used to live. Urban Om is like no other studio. All the instructors are amazing - the most patient, kindhearted and humble individuals. They make you feel so at ease and each of them provide you with a unique yoga experience. Although it has only been a couple of months, I am excited to see the changes in my mind and body -- feeling stronger, more balanced, and clear minded. I am so grateful for Urban Om!
