called to schedule an appointment for my mom, the first guy that answered was very nice and I had mentioned that she is a new patient and he said no worries he will transfer me over to the department of new patients just needs to know my moms insurance and he gave me the direct number in case I got disconnected. Then I get transferred to another person and she asked what I needed help with and I tell her my mom is a new patient and I would like to schedule an appointment for her, she said okay let me transfer you, and then a third person answers asking what I need help with and I tell her my mom is a new patient and she has X insurance and I would like to schedule an appt for her and I explain to her this is my third time getting transferred. She then says they aren't accepting any new patients with X insurance, and I tell her this is my moms primary Care I already spoke to the insurance and confirmed with them who is her primary care and then she said we do have availability but you would need to wait until dec 31. she then places me on hold and after 5 minutes of waiting for a response she tells me that they are not accepting new patients and that they are done with X insurance for the end of the year. a literal waste of time and horrible customer service.

Lidia Bello, doctor?, change my meds. Gave wrong dose of insulin. I used to take 40 units she gave 14. 3 meds for high blood pressure. 4 pills of gliperide she and Maria front desk are killing me I am distressed with all the experience in this clinic. .now I can't eat, can't take my meds, feel terrible I am asking for a home visit for 3 weeks they refuse to send one. The front desk said I did not open the door for a doctor that was sent. Well the one who was here gave me a shot in my butt . Lies and lies. Lidia Bello changed all meds and I started feeling sick but she refuses to fix the problem.n

The doctors and staff are extremely nice- however the place is completely mismanaged. I saw a doctor on 10/26 and today is 12/7 and I am still waiting for a prescription to be filled. I have called every single day. You cannot get through to the office- you get a call center and when they try to get a hold of the office by phone or by email- NOTHING. No response. Don't bother. They will not take care of you. 12/8 Regarding the response below, it is NOT the call center that has the problem- it is the actual office. The call center keeps trying to reach the doctor to ask WHERE is my medicine refill and the office DOES NOT ANSWER. It does not answer the phone nor the email messages. NEVER. So, it is 12/8 and since 10/26 I am still waiting for a medicine refill. How medically sound is THAT?

I visited the Flagler Cano Health location and was given a tour and ample information of the many wonderful services they provide. I also attended an event for the members with plenty of entertainment and saw how caring and loving the staff was to the elderly and all the members/guests present. The location is clean and they provide all health services and competent medical staff needed under 1 roof. As soon as I reach my medicare age, I will certainly consider this location to be my one-stop medical care provider. I am also part of a dance group and we have used their eating/game room to practice our dances there and we feel right at home. I definitely love this place and their wonderful staff.

I love this clinic! All of the employees and the manager are always so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they have built a little work family there. Also, the doctors actually care and will go out of their way to make sure you leave the office with some knowledge as to what is going on with your body. The best part is that they always have some kind of treat for the patients. Pastelitos for the win!
