The gym is in terrible conditions. The machines need maintenance and repair: some of the TVs don’t work, some machines have broken parts and rust, some bikes don’t measure distance properly and this has been compared with two side by side starting at the same time going at the same speed and resistance, some touch pads have wear and tear. Some machines have had a sign saying “scheduled for maintenance” posted for several weeks just like one half of the exit door. The weights and always left scattered which is hazard and liability issue waiting to happen. This also diminishes the quantity of weights available for the members to work out thereby creating delays and wait times during sets or for machines. Women’s bathroom has had a red hose under a sink for the past several months which leads to the impression that something needs fixing. No staff member ever goes walking by to clean up or to ensure members pick up after themselves. Staff members start turning off the lights 15 minutes before gym closing time which can also be a hazard for the member working out mid set. Some members occupy and hog machines in between sets instead of allowing fellow members to use; members also play loud music on their phones (without the use of headphones); some instructors have created loud and disruptive environments: staff members do not go around preventing these kinds of behaviors. NrGize is opened in the gym for those who want shakes and meals, however they close before the gym does and don’t have their hours posted for member to see. Pallets have been left at the front of the gym to the side (where the inside looks into the pool) for months before anything was done about it. The overall lack of care and interest can be seen in every square in of the gym which is sad and disappointing because it truly has the potential to be better.

Previously gave this location a 5 star because the sales rep asks you to do it in front of them. Be careful reading any 5 stars here. This gym is a mess. No one re racks their weights, management puts up signs saying they will close off sections yet they don't enforce their rules. Staff doesn't clean or organize. I literally gone at opening and found weights in the same spot they were the night before. They have this one trainer in particular who is super loud and screams to her "friends" while everyone is working out. Besides all this, machines break and take forever for repairs, the gym is consistently over crowded with people doing 1000000 sets or them focusing on their phones on instead of moving along. I do not recommend this gym for anyone looking for a serious work out

Carlos’s cycle class at LA Fitness is an absolute game-changer! From start to finish, his energy is unmatched, the music is fire, and his passion for teaching is contagious. It’s no wonder his classes are always booked solid—he’s truly one of a kind. If you’re looking for a workout that feels more like a party on wheels, this is it! “Don’t just ride—experience the rush! Carlos’s cycle class will have you coming back for more.” Warning: Side effects may include dancing on your bike and feeling like a rockstar for the rest of the day. Book early—his class is hotter than the LA sun!

I really love the vibe of this place! I found it clean, and their customer service is amazing. Igdaliz, the manager, was super friendly to me and my wife and guided us through the whole membership process

This gym needs to be closed by the authorities. It's in the worst condition to workout. All the machines are like the one in the picture, and the bad odor is incredible.
