One of the worst Youfit locations I have visited, poor cleanliness, it smells, lots of machines out of order. Unpleasant experience overall.

This was my first visit to the gym, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The gym opened later than scheduled, and as I entered, I noticed an unpleasant odor near the front entrance. The inside felt hot and humid, which made the workout environment uncomfortable. Some machines were out of order, and the overall cleanliness seemed neglected. It felt like proper maintenance hadn’t been prioritized.

This gym is by far the dirtiest gym I have ever been a member of. Dusty nasty dirty. I completely stopped going after I purchased an electrolyte drink and got sick from it. The drink was rancid and expired. The bathroom stalls have all been unavailable since I signed up at the gym , there is foul smell emiting in the air. The gym boasts nothing but Broken, smelly and Unbalanced machines. I cut my finger on the first machine I sat down. Management is no better. They provide The worse customer service ever. They do not appreciate their members . A gym that promises to provide a healthy environment for people to come and be healthy is actually a health hazard getting people sick from breathing broken toilet bacteria air. This is not right. Just close your doors. I wished I read the other reviews before going there. Despicable.

THE WORST GYM EVER! How can I cancel and you’re still withdrawing money from my account. First of all, I cancelled because the equipments were not sanitary. I don’t want to go to the gym perfectly fine and then leave sick. Now I paid for cancellation and these people are still withdrawing money from my account. The manager claims she did not read the contract correctly. These people are unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to sign up. A gym membership should never be this difficult to cancel. Guys take your money elsewhere!

This is the worst gym you could ever consider to go to, you will go in and they will tell you the nicest things ever and convince you to join and lead you to the dogs, they will have a new sets off charges hit your card like every other month and charge you to cancel the membership and Force personal training on you which if you don’t it or use it you still of to pay for it, they show no remarks or care they just taking my money with no return. They take 25.67 a month plus 100.00 for personal training which i don’t want or never use , i told them i don’t want no personal training which they say i of to pay 200.00 dollars to cancel which i did and they still collecting 100.00 a month which i already cancelled and not they charging me again to cancel. They lying when they say free cancellation Don’t ever go Stay away.
