Awesome club with great staff and best Matrix equipment. Been a member since Grand opening. Cleanest organized club I've ever been in. Toni has a great open house for everyone today with breakfast for all ! Gotta come check ✔️ out this gym before you make a decision on the club of your choice. Never crowded with so many cardio and free weights too !

Great gym! They just need more straight and short metal bars for the cable machine as well as the rope for tricep pull downs. Just accessories for the cable machine overall Lots is children here “using” machines which is a bit annoying. Manager is very nice though and tried to improve things! Love the options the gym has to offer though!

Cannot rave about this location enough. I live in boca, so my regular retro is the Delray Beach location. I wanted to get a quick workout in after work and since my office is in Ft Lauderdale, I decided to give it a try. The second I walked in I was greeted by one of the managers, Chris I believe, as well as two other gentlemen, one with glasses and dreadlocks. For anyone that regularly goes to the gym, they would know it’s absurdly uncommon to be greeted with hospitality as such. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and enjoy my workout. Apart from the customer service, there were few people there so I didn’t need to wait for a machine, and it’s also worth noting everything was clean, functional, and tidy. Even walking out, I commented on how much I enjoyed the service, and another employee gave me a coupon for a few bucks off a smoothie. Easy 6/5 rating (not a typo). 100% going back.

I’ve been to every competitor gym since I was in college. I’m dusty now at 36 but from my experience.. this gym is actually incredible. Very clean, amazing staff, and it has really good equipment choices for both casual gym people and more serious like myself. Treadmills even have scenery options which is fun lol. One thing I really like is the bench press technology of sliding benches and actually being able to control your incline on barbell (which isn’t common). Lots of squat racks and the smoothie bar is a nice touch. Impressed with the layout and how friendly everyone is when usually I don’t care at other gyms. This is a place you just want to be at. It’s about to be a hot man and woman summer.. even though summer is over. It’s a lifestyle :)

Only recently joined, but so far, I absolutely love it. 💯 not crowded like crunch, pf, youfit, and other gyms in the area. Plenty of squat racks and free weight. Love the atmosphere 👌
