The Arena is my new HOME! I can’t stress how amazing and welcoming they are here. The equipment is incredible, the cleanliness is spot on. I highly recommend them, and the fun classes

The Arena is the best hands down. The workouts are engaging and Frank’s expertise really pushes you towards your fitness goals. The environment is welcoming and very encouraging. I look forward to every session. Highly recommend!

This place is terrible. The owner is obnoxious yet his place is empty and his workouts are just ok. He tried to bully me and my son to sign up. We were both rubbed the wrong way. Improve your service and maybe you wont be empty

The Arena is the best place ever! More than a gym is a therapy, I feel very comfortable and happy. I’ve grown so much there, not only physically, but mentally as well. It is a very dynamic gym, you’ll have different routines and will have fun at the same time. Also, it is very clean and they give you all the tools for you to progress and reach your physical goal. 100% Recommended!

Drove 40 minutes from my house and back because when I showed up for my class that I paid for.. the place wasn’t even open. Very annoying. No email, no call, no text. Showed up for the Saturday 7am and it nobody was there. Don’t even bother
