I like that the gym is clean, the hours I go to are not usually crowded. You have a variety of equipment you can use to work out, most likely cardio machines all around, but still nice equipment to train. I like the staff being nice to people, but please have your employees not bothering people trying to engage in long conversations. The less they talk, the better.

A specific shoutout to Steven for the best customer support! He has no only worked diligently on trying to get all the TV Screens back online, but was a lifesaver today and helping me recover a lost item in the gym. Thanks Steven!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Planet Fitness, all thanks to Steve! His professionalism and friendly demeanor made my visit so enjoyable.

WHO APPROVED YOUR WOMENS BATHROOM??!!!! clear violation of privacy and it disgusts me to even THINK that other women are being consistently disrespected BY THIS LOCATION!!!! If I cannot walk FROM THE SHOWER/TOILET/and/or CHANGING AREA to my LOCKER without risking my morality THERE IS A HUGE ISSUE!!! God bless you but SOMEONE NEEDS TO HIRE AN HONEST CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR YOUR DEPRAVED LAYOUT MISTAKE

Danny was very amazing and knowledgeable another club wanted me to open a black card with them. But with Danny’s awesome rapport I am definitely staying at sunrise. He deserves a raise and promotion. Thank you planet fitness.
