Parking situation is getting worse and worse. Today I parked my car in the lot during my visit. When I returned, I found another car parked so close to mine that I couldn't even open my door to get in. This was particularly frustrating because there were plenty of other parking spots available at the time. While I understand that parking behavior is the responsibility of individual drivers, I believe Bay Club could improve the situation by encouraging better parking practices or adding clear guidelines to ensure members are considerate of others. I hope management takes this feedback into account and implements measures to avoid such inconveniences in the future.

I go there mainly for the steam room and sauna, but unfortunately, they are always either broken or dirty. A while ago, the steam room was out of order for almost two months, today also broken and so dirty with a bad smell and I was just paying extra for nothing. This club seems to focus more on raising prices rather than improving quality.

One of my favorite gyms! Two swimming pools and spacious workout area. Nice sauna and steam room. Also has basketball court and ping pong tables. And many Tennis Courts, always clean and friendly staff

I’ve been a member of Bay Club for a while, but unfortunately, the experience has been getting worse. The gym is often overcrowded, making it difficult to find available equipment. In the women’s locker room, lockers frequently lock themselves, requiring staff assistance to open them, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the changing area is always packed, making it hard to find space. I hope management can address these issues to improve the overall experience.

A very underwhelming gym for the price ( which they keep increasing ALL THE TIME, over $500 increase in 1 year with literally NO significant changes to the gym) The good: - sauna and steam room is a nice luxury to have. Not many gyms in the Bay Area have this. - if you value pickleball /swimming pool then you will like the facilities for this, they are big ! -multiple power racks for weight lifting. You don’t have your standard 2 racks that most gyms have so you can typically find one open in the morning. - free coffee in the mornings is a nice perk! Great way to start the day after a workout The bad : - Gym Equipment: you get very standard and outdated weight lifting equipment for the price you pay. You will get your standard bench press, dumbbells, a couple of traditional machines and that’s it. No new modern machines that you see on YouTube now in days. all of the equipment is very underwhelming for a gym of this price. You will find MORE machines at a city sport for 80% of the price. It does not make sense. - the buildings: the gym is divided into 2 major buildings. The area with the dumbbells and smith machine is very well lit, has windows, is clean, and just feels like a premium gym. The other building is old, shitty carpet, bad paint, and is where they basically threw all their shitty machines in. Since they separate half of the lifting machines this way, you have to cross from one building to another for some workouts which basically limits your ability to do power sets. Again, for the price this is very underwhelming - the hours: they open at 6 on weekdays and 8 on weekends. If you are someone that likes to workout early and make it to work on time, these hours are terrible. -use of space: this will be highly biased and subjective b/c I don’t have kids but there’s a huge playground area that never gets used. I don’t know why they don’t use this space for fitness. -staff don’t greet you, they seem unhappy to be there. Overall I don’t see this worth the price for what it offers. Price increases without any significant changes to the gym leave a very bad taste in your mouth. They keep saying “exciting new projects” and literally see nothing significant to address these issues (other people in the reviews have stated the similar feedback for some time now).
