FNS Training Center

I joined FNS at the end of November 2023 and absolutely love it! The workouts are fun and challenging and always different. Everyone that works there is so kind and friendly, they immediately remember your name and make you feel so welcome. They are also extremely knowledgeable and answer all my questions (and I have a lot)! I mostly take the group fitness classes but they have many other amenities such as open gym, an InBody Scanner, recovery room, and more. I can foresee myself staying at FNS for a long time and look forward to future results ;)

The environment is incredible! It’s full of energy and support, making it easy to push yourself harder and achieve more. The instructors are motivating, and the atmosphere keeps you coming back for more!

I love going here because there is so much support in this gym. I’ve been going for over 5 months now and I’m a beginner when it comes to fitness. I feel a lot stronger now which gives me a lot more confidence in life. I like that you can tell the coaches what you want to work on, what hurts, how to improve, and they really work with you to fix whatever is needed. Also the staff is really fun to talk to!! There is also a really nice recovery room! I highly recommend this gym! :)

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at FNS. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone gets a great workout while maintaining proper form and technique. The variety in workouts keeps things interesting and challenging, and I highly recommend FNS to anyone looking for a fitness facility with exceptional coaches and workouts!

FNS Training Center is a top-notch gym offering excellent coaching, thoughtfully designed programming, and a supportive community atmosphere. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating.
