I love Amazing Yoga. I’ve been going there for a decade and have always felt welcome. The owners are very friendly, present, involved, and accessible. There is a great group of core teachers with new teachers bringing their own style to each class. There’s variety between the teachers styles, flows, and music that I really enjoy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hot yoga studio.

One of my favorite studios in the city. Each class is different and the flows are fun and stimulating. The teachers all have their unique style which keeps the practice feeling fresh. Also lots of class times so it’s easy to fit practice into a busy schedule

Great studio and I can’t recommend Kylee enough! She has an incredible ability to create a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment for yogi’s of all levels. Her instruction is clear, thoughtful, and always focused on the individual’s needs. Really high energy in this place! I love the location, tons of street parking as well as a massive lot, right off walnut street. Teachers are so so helpful and nice and willing to assist. Class sizes are decent for the size of the space which is surprisingly huge!! Can’t wait to come back for another class! Only $130/month for unlimited. And really cute store that has free people movement clothing!

After constant encouragement from a friend, I finally decided to take a hot yoga class at Yoga Flow in ShadySide. This was over a year ago and I have been going weekly ever since, so this review is long overdue. When I started, I had very little yoga knowledge so it can be overwhelming as a guy to join a class. Any concerns were quickly washed away though as I was greeted prior to entering the room. Dominique is an amazing person and welcomed me with open arms. The way she guides the class, embraces the energy, and helps lead her students one their individual journey is truly second to none. I have been to multiple different classes, ran by many of the Yoga Flow teachers, and they all carry that same positive energy. This is much more than just a yoga class - it is a community of like-minded individuals coming together to experience a spiritual journey while adding in some movement along the way. Whether you are a long-time yogi, or just a newcomer looking for a new experience, you will leave feeling like the best version of yourself and will most likely make some great connections with the people there along the way. Namaste.

Up until about 5 months ago I thought I hated yoga. But a friend convinced me to do the $30 for 30 days of unlimited classes and I fell in love. All the instructors are fantastic. No class is ever the same. It's challenging in the best way and I feel so cleansed after every class. It's been really amazing to see the changes in my body since I've been doing yoga 3-4 times a week. I haven't felt this strong since I was doing high school sports. If you're looking for a great place to go for affordable yoga, this is it!

I had a fabulous experience this afternoon at Yoga Flow with Melissa. The focus of the day was mindfulness and challenging yourself. All of the previous yoga classes I have taken were at LA Fitness which I have enjoyed but I feel as though this class was a more proper yoga class and I certainly found it to be challenging. However, Melissa was very encouraging and took the time to suggest modifications to some of the poses. Moving forward I plan on continuing to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone with Melissa and I would recommend every one else do so as well!

I'm on my third unlimited month with Yoga Flow and I'm LOVING it. I've gone to a lot of yoga studios over the years and I can honestly say the classes here have been my favorite. Each teacher has their own flair but regardless of who I go to I know I'll get an amazing class! I love that each class is creative and powerful yet also focuses breath-work and mindfulness. I'm so happy to have found my home studio here in Pgh!

Love this studio along with all their other ones!! The Friday $5 community classes are what got me into yoga, I recommend them to friend groups or anyone trying to start yoga. Shoutout to Danielle Livingston who instructs those community classes, she taught me the basics of vinyasa flow and always helped me work on my poses. she’s truly the reason I fell in love with the practice! Scotlynne’s classes are also great - always different, energetic, and challenging!

Yoga Flow South Hills is such a gem of a studio. The instructors are so helpful and welcoming and it’s evident that they all hold a lot of expertise in yoga, while keeping it open to all levels. I love that every time I go, I get to sweat, my body feels worked out and my mind feels so at-ease. Theres an emphasis on mind-relaxation whilst challenging yourself to do the yoga poses in the heat, and I absolutely love the balance of it all. There’s an overall zen about this studio that I appreciate so much. They also have an AMAZING new student discount for your first 30 days. Such a great value, if you’re thinking of giving it a try, think no longer and just go to your first class.

Love, love, love this studio! If you are looking to find a spiritual place to move your mind and body, go to "church" on Sunday's with Asaka. She brings your center to a place that is peaceful and full, leaving you energized to return for whatever she'll guide you to next week. Every Sunday is something new, the flow, the movements and the mind bend.... I'm here for all of it. She's great. Love love love. Get yourself to church. You won't regret it.

I have attended yoga classes at other studios but it's at Yoga Flow where I found something really special. The heat takes about three sessions to get used to, so don't be discouraged if it takes you down the first couple of visits! The practice is incredible from a physical wellness perspective. But even more importantly, I feel better equipped with the tools I need for my mental wellness well beyond my physical practice. This studio truly is a community that nourishes mind and body. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Yoga Flow for over five years. It's a great workout. It's much more than that though. It makes your whole body feel better, physically and mentally. It improves your strength, flexibility and balance. I workout at a gym and I believe this is just as or more important to do. The heated classes help with flexibility and sweating detoxifies you. The teachers are great.

I have attended Shikha's "Gentle Yoga and Meditation" classes as regularly as possible throughout the years. Her classes are so beautiful and informative. She is such an amazing teacher, and learning from her has been such a pleasure. I consistently leave her classes feeling abundantly more present, aware, cleansed, and overall refreshed. She has such a kind soul and I'm so grateful to have found her classes. I hope you find yourself trying one of them soon. One class will, without a doubt, change your mood and your life. Thank you Shikha🤍

Classes with Shikha are an essential part of my week. I always leave my class feeling uplifted, calm, centered and ready to handle life more peacefully. Shikha has an immense amount of knowledge and wisdom, and she seamlessly weaves it into her transformative classes. I truly have gained so much by being her student and I highly recommend her to everyone I meet.

So, picture this: I’m a driven entrepreneur, my brain is basically a hamster on caffeine, running on a wheel that never stops. Severe ADHD over here, and trust me, it’s chaos on a good day. Enter Schoolhouse Yoga—this magical, peaceful oasis where, for once in my life, everything slows down. I’m talking about a place where my brain actually takes a breather. Who knew that was even possible? I wandered in one day, probably looking like I had no business being there, but man, am I glad I did. The atmosphere is so calm and accepting that even my overclocked mind feels like it can hit pause. And here’s the real game-changer: Shikha. Her Gentle Yoga class has literally changed my life. No joke. That one class helped me find a peace I didn’t even know I was missing. Now I keep coming back, and each time, it feels like I’m unlocking some kind of superpower—calm. I honestly believe that the impact I’m able to have on the world going forward will be a direct result of stumbling into Shikha’s class and sticking with it. If you’re like me—juggling a million things, never slowing down—take it from me: go to Schoolhouse Yoga. It might just change your life too.

I absolutely love this place. I've been going to the gentle yoga & meditation with Joni for a couple months and the class is excellent every time. The studio is clean as are the provided mats, blankets, etc. The tiered pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciate any place that also offers a free weekly class for the community. 10/10 Joni as an instructor. Her guided mediation and thoughtful class flow always leave me feeling peaceful and grounded.

I love the location and availability of classes at Total Balance Yoga and Fitness. Right across the street from Perrysvile Fire Department, there are classes in the early morning, mid-day, and every evening. I love that I can get my nameste’ on when it is convenient for me. The studio is beautiful and I can’t wait to see it snowing outside as we’re moving and stretching inside. Honestly there is something for everyone at this great new studio.

This place has so many amenities! You can find them up on the second floor through the front door facing vanadium road…And the owner is so kind and inviting. She offers a lot of cool classes and unique modalities. They have a salt room which is so beautiful. I went to a Gong Bath by Mike Tamburo here and it was absolutely magical!

After visiting Sterling and working with Autumn I can say I would highly recommend her for anyone seeking to heal and enrich their life. The first time I met with Autumn I knew she had a unique gift. I knew Autumn had a good heart and a pure soul, the kind that is seldom seen. Autumn shared with me some things that gave me a new awareness. After working with her I was able to clear some blocks that helped me move forward with a better understanding. Autumn has an easy comfortable manner that allowed me to keep my mind and heart open to new possibilities. Great work Autumn, this girl is a true asset to your studio.

I loved it at the old location, and I love it here. Sterling and the other instructors are fantastic, inspired and inspiring. They helped me develop a sustainable routine at home to go along with my chiropractic treatment. I am nearly pain free thanks to their knowledge of the body and the mind...anatomy and spirituality.
