I joined LA Fitness about a month ago, and I’m so happy that I did! Daniel is great and very personable. I just started personal training with Dimitre, and I highly recommend him! He makes you feel comfortable, encourages/pushes you in the right way & is super smart! Great person all around!! The staff are all friendly. The hot tub is clean & relaxing. Thanks for having such a welcoming gym! 😊 Can’t wait to keep coming back & trying all there is to offer & getting in shape!

Both of these machines have been “out of service” since march of 2024. That’s 10 months ago! Unbelievable! Maybe we will get lucky and the owners New Year’s resolution will be to have it fixed by the end of 2025… 🙏

I was in town visiting my parents and needed a place to workout for the week. Alex hooked it up and I was able to use all the facilities. Everything was clean, the space is large, and all the employees were kind. I will definitely make my way back here next time I am in town!

Gym is nice and clean with enough equipment but the hours literally suck, closing at 7pm Fri-Sun?! WTH guys The main reason I got the XSport/LA fitness membership was because XSport use to be open 24/7 and now they both close early with crappy hours.

I have to share an EXCEPTIONAL experience we had with Scott Ryan. My 94 year old father had forgotten his cell phone at home and relies on the phone to call for his senior ride home. Scott was not only extremely friendly and cordial about helping my father call for his ride, he went above and beyond by researching the Township phone number and then following up with my father to make sure that he was OK. So appreciative and grateful for this level of customer service!

I booked birthday party for my son at the Zone - turf field (he is big fan of soccer) He had a blast! Very nice stuff who was responsible for games and blue room clean up. Unfortunately, I have to give 3 stars because front desk person, made my guest uncomfortable as well as myself. My friend’s child wondered of our party to the other privet party room, took some water and played a bit the other side. The way situation was addressed was unfortunately very uncomfortable. Are you serious , kids make mistakes these are just kids … you do not have to make a seen of it ! That also goes to the parents of the other side ! Complain about water being take away by a child. Where is compassion, understanding and decent moral values ?!!! Another occasion which was uncomfortable, for me was my guest late arrival. My guest was a little bit late and even the front desk person was told they are here for my son’s birthday party they were not permitted to go. Good I was just passing by and asked what’s going, otherwise they would be standing there for next couple of minutes. I am very upset with this two incidents . I was hoping for nice , smooth birthday party. If you look for great maintained party room decent turf field it is the place but be aware of the bumps on the road.

The staff here is hit or miss. Signed up my kid for pre-core with no issues, then a year later kinder-core. The kinder-core staff seems lax in watching the behavior of other kids in his class. I noticed one child running to his mom crying about some incident then the mom getting into a slight altercation with the coach, which I didn't have the full context on. Later on, my kid was exhausted and mentioned he really wanted a water break mid-way through and didn't get one. I confronted the coach, to which he said, "I don't usually give them water breaks unless they ask." Any reasonable person in charge of a gym class with 5yos knows these kids need to be regularly hydrated, and it was just an afterthought for this guy.. Another time, my kid tells me other kids in his class were shaking the tightrope when he and others were attempting to cross. Apparently, the guy noticed, told them to stop but didn't follow through and kept doing it. Lastly, the first day the head staff mentioned one of the rules was not to touch anyone. One day he tells me other kids in his class were physically trying to pull him away from some play area he was trying to get into. Again this 20-something college kid staff either didn't notice or didn't care. Not trying to be a Karen here, but this place seems like it's full of college kids running it as a side job without any clear sense of professionalism. Needless to say, won't be coming back.

AMAZING place to take your kids. The parkour gym has so many options for them to burn energy. They do classes and I’m going to sign my kids up. The staff were friendly at the birthday I attended. The place seemed clean and, as I mentioned, has so many options to keep kids entertained. Can’t wait to go back!

Tom, and the entire TNT staff, have been great! We are seeing impressive results with our daughter and son. They are very accommodating with our daughter’s training schedule (due to her ever-changing club schedule). We highly recommend TNT.

My 15 year old son Levi is growing with confidence as his strength, speed and agility continue to grow. The facility is very functional, the trainers are excellent and the goals set by Tom Nelson keep this kid focused. We can see the positive results already in just five weeks. Keep grinding!

I highly recommend TNT as a place to take your athletic performance to the next level. All trainers have a deep understanding and experience on how to taylor specific workouts for the specific athlete. The facility has all the right equipment and the space necessary to do different workouts from strength training and weight lifting toworkouts

TNT has been extremely influential in my development as an athlete over the off-season. I have noticed so much growth in my speed and my strength in such a short amount of time. This is by far the best training program i’ve ever had the opportunity to utilize and it really focuses on athletic movements that help me move more efficiently on the field. In addition to the amazing program, the training staff is fantastic and always provides a great environment to train in. The feedback I receive is very personalized and allows me to make changes faster than ever. TNT is like no other training place!

Of all the F45s I’ve been to, this Mt Prospect location has the friendliest coaches that are both motivating and inspiring! If you’re looking for a comedy show and a workout, check out classes hosted by Coach Anthony! If you want to get some fun, functional workouts at 5 or 6 am, Coach Nicole is awesome! If you want to get your butt kicked and have two strong men pump you up during your workout, check out classes hosted by Coach Damian and Jerry! If you want a military, drill sergeant coach, check out Coach Ryan’s classes! Most Saturday classes feel more like a rave party because they have a DJ in the studio! They have some part time coaches that teach occasionally like Coach Kamila and Sarah, who are REALLY AWESOME! Coach Kamila is a hype woman and she also makes you want to do 5000 squats so you can look like her! 🥰

F45 mount prospect is the best place to get your work out in. With supportive coaches, great equipment and awesome music choice to help you with the pump! Will definitely recommend this place to those who want to live a healthier lifestyle.

This is my favorite gym of all time. It is an efficient 45 min work out (max of 1 hour only Saturdays) and covers everything you need- cardio, weights and core. Great coaches who assist with form, great community, great music/energy (occasionally DJs on Saturdays). Going 5x week has significantly improved my strength and lowered body fat percentage. Would never go anywhere else!

I was in town visiting and decided to try F45 for the first time. It was an amazing experience and Coach Sarah did a wonderful job making me feel welcome and motivated. If I lived here, this would 100% be my to-go gym. It was clean, and classes were organized and easy to follow. I would recommend this to anyone new to working out or for those who are more experienced.

This was a terrible experience. I canceled my membership after a week and I was told I have to pay for another month... because I had to go in to cancel my membership. I didn't feel comfortable at all. The staff is indifferent and there was no training of equipment. Don't bother with this gym.

I've been a member for over a year and I can definitely agree with all the other reviews written. Crunch used to be a decent gym, but it's gone downhill. Every other treadmill is broken and they haven't been fixed in months. I've only seen technicians in here ONCE or maybe TWICE to fix them and even then, I don't think they were fixed. The steam room in the women's locker room has been broken for as long as I can remember. The sauna is constantly broken/out of service. The hydro massage is also broken. I asked the front desk when it would be fixed and they said they had no idea.. These are amenities that people want, come for AND PAY FOR. The staff is underpaid and definitely don't want to be here. They drop like flies. Gigi, however, is the sweetest and most helpful out of everyone here. I love coming in and seeing her welcoming smile. It's always nice to talk and catch up with her. She deserves a raise! Same with trainers. I've seen them go through handfuls of employees at a time. I feel like every time I come in, there's a new face. The cleaning lady even talks about how she hates it here and I haven't seen her in over a week. I'm currently on the treadmill typing this and the woman next to me RUNNING FULL SPEED, her treadmill randomly stopped and gave an alert saying "key down". That's beyond dangerous. What am I paying a BASE membership of $20 for? I could only imagine how the people who pay more money for a membership feel. Not to mention, they never charge me the same time every month. Isn't that part of a membership? Getting charged the same date every month? I'd suggest taking your service somewhere else

This place needs a lot of work. After visiting other Crunch locations, this one is sad. A lot of broken equipment, not clean, no paper towel dispensers. Other places opening up in the area I am considering switching to. Update: guess there is a slight improvement. Looks like they got rid of the broken treadmills. Place is still dirty. Unfortunate because it's close to home.

I usually have a high threshold for everything that is wrong with a place but crunch fitness really is the bottom of the barrel. The worst managed gym I’ve ever seen. Bathrooms always dirty and never have toiletries. Here we are at 530am when opening time is 430am and everyone is waiting for whoever slept in. This happens very often. Machine are always broken and the place is very dirty. This is my last straw here. Thanks for ruining my workout

Used to go here a few years back and was great at first, crazy to see its gotten even worse from the reviews, literally everything went downhill lol. All they had to do was clean the guys bathroom and I probably would have stayed tbh

Do not make the mistake of filling out the form for a free class if you don’t plan to book said class at the same time, unless you enjoy being hounded daily with calls to remind you that you have said free class. Apparently asking to be removed from the reminder list is ignored, since I received no less than four voicemails after calling back to ask that I not be hounded any longer, even after I blocked the number. Any iota of interest I had in orangetheory and this location in general has been completely obliterated by the repeated harassment over the free class - at least the most recent message I got warned me that they wouldn’t follow up anymore.

Had the worse experience in this Orange Theory branch. It took them ages to cancel my membership. Although I have given written notice and stopped by physically twice, couldn’t get a hold of the manager. Finally after 3rd visit I was able to see the manager in person which did not want to help at all. I was charged 2 extra months of full membership due to their unavailability to cancel my membership. I definitely don’t recommend you to work with this management. They need to have a different policy to deal with cancellations. Kelsey definitely was not helpful!

I have done regular gym memberships, personal trainers at two different gyms. I have done workouts with friends. Orange Theory is a different type of workouts. It has accountability. It has motivation, and it has variety to keep things interesting each workout. I feel like I have gotten a good workout. It has a good mix of weights and cardio, and you can watch your heart rate and zone the entire time which is incredibly motivational for me. The environment is very welcoming, and they have mastered the fine line of gentle yet motivational.

The coaches and facilities are the highlight the business but it stops there. You pay obscene prices for with little leniency. Cannot be a second over 5 min late to class, then they fine you for it. Ive especially had this issue with Macie at this location where she holds it as law. I have not had great experiences communicating with her on class attendance, billing, and membership cancellation. I also worry that this is not healthy environment to be working in as I often see new faces behind the counter every month. It's seems like customers are often pushed on sales for memberships which will make any person uncomfortable.
