Stopped by to see about getting a membership but I'm 99.9% certain the place is closed for good. Building is full of equipment but the lights are all off, no one inside, and there's no place to scan a FOB. Do not bother coming by, you'll just waste your time and gas.

So there is no one there during the day. Even though there were 2 car parked in front no one will answer the door or the phone. I went on line yesterday then again today and requesting for someone to contact me. Didn't happen. Now I'm wondering if this place is a gym or a front for something else. It seems shady.

They never respond back. I called them and left multiple messages, they just don't care. It seems as if they have no interest in promoting their business.

I have been going to this gym location for the past four days. I had the pleasure of meeting Kobe and Herson on Sunday. They were great and provided great customer service. On Monday, I met Philip, who has been giving me problems and making me feel uncomfortable while I work out. He is the only person who is giving me problems. I come here to work out peacefully and respectfully. Philip has been harassing me since day one. He has been excessively and constantly watching me and walking around me while I work out. He asked for a photo of me for the computer, and I said I would take one later. Philip commented, "Oh, we don't background check..." I said, "Why are you judging me?" and left. On Tuesday, Philip continued to harass me, constantly watching and walking around me while I worked out. He checked on me at least three times that day. I confronted him, saying that he was making me feel uncomfortable and harassing me. Why are you checking up on me and not other people in the gym? That same day, he wanted a photo for the computer. After taking the photo, he commented, "Nice picture," making me feel even more uncomfortable when leaving. The next few days, he continued to harass me, walking up next to me while I worked out and mentioning my backpack. And threatened to cancel my membership. And I told him why he was picking on me and harassing me. Philip is the only person in the gym who is giving me a hard time. I noticed a black african lady that had a backpack similar size as mine. And he didn't say anything to her. I also noticed a Hispanic male with a backpack similar in size to mine. I asked him if he had ever experienced any problems because of his backpack. The Hispanic man said no. I told Philip that I carry my backpack to put my towel and personal belongings in. If I leave my towel out in public, I have a medical health skin condition that causes breakouts. I asked Philip why he was harassing me and why he wasn't saying anything to other people with backpacks. I told Philip I had no problem if he wanted to check my bag upon leaving. Upon finishing my workout on Thursday, Philip continued to walk around me and harass me again, saying, "Don't slam the weights down" and being petty. In all honesty, I did not slam the weights down while on the chest press machine. Philip, again, was harassing me and giving me a hard time. Philip said the sound was loud and that I hadn't eaten all day. I said, "Okay?" Just because it sounds loud doesn't mean I was slamming the weights down. I told Philip that I know how to work out. I have been playing football and working out for the past 20 years and I know how to work out respectfully. I told Philip again that he was harassing me and causing problems when I did not slam the weights down. I told Philip that he needs to stop harassing me. As we were talking, I used the word "brother"—I said, "Brother, you're giving me a hard time. And you're the only person giving me a difficult time." I said, "Kobe and Herson, your coworkers, were great guys and had great customer service. But you, brother, you're the only person harassing me and giving me a hard time." Philip got mad and said, "Stop saying 'brother.'" After that, I ended my conversation with Philip and decided to escalate the problem to the manager. I asked Philip what time his manager came in tomorrow. Philip refused to answer my question. I asked him again, "Hello, what time does your manager come in tomorrow?" He continued to not answer. Another customer, hearing this conversation, told Philip he needed to tell me what time the manager came in tomorrow due to company policy. Philip continued to act unprofessionally and sarcastically, saying, "In the afternoon." I asked, "What exact time?" Philip was clearly looking at the schedule and continued to act sarcastically, saying, "In the afternoon." After that, I left. I wanted to continue working out and use the massage chair, but I didn't feel comfortable because of Philip. If I could rate this location for 0 stars most definitely would. So far the only location that turned me away for being in Jeans. Thank you Brittany. As I am walking back in to get her name. Clearly can see her pulling up my membership. Speaking with coworker that Explains it. Seeing what locations i go to. So far ONLY LOCATION to turn me away for wearing jeans. 💀😂 Trash workers and TRASH LOCATION TBH! I remembered why i disliked this location. The HWY 6 location is way better in equipment available to guests and by far way more qualified employees.

Amazing experience from the moment the client walks in.. staff and management welcomes you with a smile and somewhat personalizes the greeting per person. They also keep the gym clean at all times along with the members who does a pretty good job at whipping down the machine after and at times even before use. Good management truly shows on one's team members (staff) and even reflects on the behavior of the clients. Well done to this location and planet fitness in general.

Too many people hogging machines and even after management was made aware they failed to manage the situations continously allowing members to be on their phones for 5-10+ minutes without using the equipment they are on. (More than 1 person and more than 1 equipment). Makes the gym pretty hard to even use. After they take annual fee they act bad with customers,

I have a question and a complaint at the same time. I have my black card and I come with my wife to do exercises and enjoy the massage area. But there is a girl with blue eyes and yellow hair who doesn't allow me to use the massage area with my wife. Question: Can't I really use all the areas of the gym with my wife? Or is that girl being racist towards us for being Latino?

Second update: I'm going up to 4 stars because I really love this gym. Even though it's not 100%, you can still do your workout comfortably as always. There is still no access to the bathrooms or lockers, but they have installed bathrooms outside that are very comfortable and have AC as well as showers. For now, they are not charging membership fees to members and are giving free access to anyone who wants to come and do their workout, apparently only for the duration of the summer. Update: Finally after 2 months the gym is open, not at full capacity but open, with the same pleasant atmosphere. I hope they finish the repairs soon and it will be the same or better. Originally: Almost a month after the storm passed, the gym is like this. No sign of being opened again or notice by mail to members or anything. Just a sign on the door that says "due to the storm it will be temporarily closed." I feel disappointed, it was my favorite gym.

If you go here during non peak hours, it is good / clean/ enjoyable. If you go during busier hours, good luck. Tripods everywhere (seriously, how vain and annoying can you be as a person?). Lower class clientele, people stealing your machines, shirtless dudes working out. This isn't Venice Beach. If I had an Equinox or Lifetime closer to my home, id be signing up there asap. Worth higher fees to be around more adults / an upscale gym.

I. Am. So. Happy. Gold’s new take on their gyms are incredible. They have quality machines. Signed up opening weekend. Staff is super friendly and they know what they’re doing integrating all the check-in tech etc. A beautifully laid out free weight section- tons of squat racks and benches. Everything is super neat and organized (yes it’s less than a week old) Love the design - it may seem dark but the lights fit the aesthetic. They blast some incredible music and have great bassy speakers! Really glad they opened this one on Bingle. Cancelled my previous gym membership right away. Hope it continues to be clean over the test of time and that it continues to attract like-minded individuals. Can’t wait to bring guests here! Appreciate the strict guest policy. Only wish there was some plan that I could bring a guest along with me (maybe in the future?) Enjoy, y’all! Hope to work out with some of y’all one day.

Not enough parking is available, and no seating is provided. However, on a more positive note, I appreciate the number of stalls in the women's restroom. This is very helpful. Also, we purchased our tickets online before the tournament, and while we were waiting for the doors to open a lady came to our car to bring us our wrist bands so we were able to walk in without being held up in the line to enter the gym.

They don't care about safety, They do not offer parking space to their visitors and they park in the subdivison across the street causing havoc and accidents to the residents. No matter how many times we emailed and spoke with the owner to find another safe place for their visitors they just ignored all our emails.

This place doesn’t care about any safety. They have no parking space for their visitors making them parking in the street illegally and cause safety issue for the residents near by. They don’t even deserve one star!!

Every weekend, this facility causes issues for local residents due to their lack of parking. Clients of the facility park along our neighborhood roads causing safety issues for our children playing in our neighborhood and also make it dangerous for us trying to pull out of our neighborhood due to lack of visibility.

We toured the facility for trying to switch from another gym. Monthly membership pricing is reasonable but they really need to renovate and improve the facility. Long dark hallways with very old fixtures. Very few cardio machines had tv and all of them were taken on a saturday afternoon which is a slower day. There is no indoor pool so if kids want to learn swim, thats not an option in the winter. Kids area timings are not very conducive for weekends but the good thing is that kids above a certain age can also workout in the cardio area. The lockers and bathrooms were clean but definitely very outdated and old. Unfortunately we will be looking for another option for our gym needs.

I'm an early riser and I workout in the gym with my 4 son's multiples times a week. The most important part of my day is coming in to see Miss Valerie every morning. She is a bright light that the Lord placed into my life to keep me motivated and prayed up at all times. She is nothing short of amazing and I love the energy she provides to the Langham Creek YMCA.

Conner was efficient and effective while enrolling my family into the YMCA. He even help me enroll boys into their first swim lessons. Langham Creek YMCA is awesomely beautiful. The facility is beautiful. The staff is great and all the extracurricular actives are wonderful. A special thanks to Swim Instructor Kelton, he is super calm and attentive. Swim Instructor Izzy is over the TOP excellent, she has just enough firmness and patience with the little ones. We love when she's in the swim class with the little ones.

This is below average management ran type of gym. Disorganized, weights all over the place, dirty shower, dirty restrooms, no paper towels and even missing toilet paper in some stalls. Didnt have any broken equipment from what I've seen and have a lot of newer equipment. Im never in this area, but it must be a nice choise for those who live close by this area, far from everything else in Houston.

Don't waste your money here. Update: They took out a lot of machines and put in a turf area that hardly anyone uses. They should have added more machines instead. This gym is now more crowded than ever. Because they took the extra machines out more people are having to use dumbbells which means they are laying around all over the place and never available. I honestly really hate going to this place. OH AND NONE OF THE SOAP DISPENSERS HAVE SOAP AND THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER DOESN'T HAVE PAPER TOWELS. HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT HAVE DUMBBELLS AND PAPER TOWELS AND SOAP?? The district manager for this store doesn't care that the equipment needs replacing or that some of it stays broken for months or the fact that there are zero single pulley handles for ANY of the adjustable pulley weights. There's no angle bar for the seated back row machine either. THEY TOOK THE SEATED BACK ROW MACHINE OUT AND ADDED FAKE GRASS. WHY!? It's been TERRIBLE for a while. You would do better to go to a gym where management cares that you have equipment you are able to use like Planet Fitness or Fitness Connection. This review is staying 1 star until the district manager cares enough to make it better.

Been a member for a long time. I originally signed up at LA Fitness due to close to work and fairly clean showers. There has always been a very slow response to repairing equipment. Last year without notice the gym closed for over a week to renovate. The renovation basically was new equipment and a revamp of the trainer area. Since the new equipment was installed the new cardio equipment has been an issue. Most of the foot straps broke within a few weeks and have never been replaced. Why?? Also the elevator has been broken for months, I have no need for the elevator but shows the lack of care by management. I will be looking for a new gym as I am retired and can go a bit further to get to a better maintained gym.

Update 7.15.24 Poor management and rude fitness instructors. Too many people hogging machines and even after management was made aware they failed to manage the situations continously allowing members to be on their phones for 5-10+ minutes without using the equipment they are on. (More than 1 person and more than 1 equipment). Makes the gym pretty hard to even use. Lap pool is constantly being used for things other than lap swimming such as swim lessons or water aerobics. I belibe out of curiosity to swimmers, there should at least be 1 lane open for lap swimming. Update 6.15.24 Gym was redone however they took out a lot of the machines, didn't replace them and instead left empty space. This gym has poor management. Equipment is outdated, many needs repairs, maintenance or replacement. Regardless of how busy it is it never seems clean.

I am convinced LA Fitness is the best all-around commercial gym. However, please please keep the place open longer over the weekends, Saturday and Sunday past 7pm is when people want to come to the gym and you guys close at 8pm. People who are gym people do this for fun, it's a fun activity that people look forward to doing over the weekend after spending time with their family during the day. If you update the hours to be open 7days a week till 11pm I'd be willing to pay double my membership for that.

**Planet Fitness Copperfield: Where Gym Dreams Go to Die (and Bags Are Public Enemy #1)** Planet Fitness Copperfield is easily one of the worst gyms I’ve ever set foot in. Every visit here is an exercise in patience, not fitness. Right off the bat, the atmosphere is suffocating, dominated by a “Karen”-like manager Lauren who’s on a power trip, enforcing pointless rules with zero consistency. I brought a tiny bag onto the floor—a bag barely big enough to hold my keys and wallet—and suddenly, I’m getting the third degree about “gym policy.” Meanwhile, a guy nearby with a duffel big enough to pack for a vacation goes completely ignored. Rules for some and not for others—classic. And don’t get me started on their “solutions.” I’m told I can either leave my stuff in my car (great idea with the break-ins around here), bring a lock (because everyone just has one lying around), or hand it to the front desk staff—who are so busy glued to their phones, they probably wouldn’t even notice if my stuff grew legs and walked off. This is customer service? More like customer disregard. To top it off, I made the mistake of bringing a friend from out of town. I’ve spent months talking up this “Judgement-Free Zone,” only to end up with an environment so hostile, she left thinking Planet Fitness was running some sort of social experiment to see how much awkward, negative energy people can stand. And after today, I’m right there with her. It’s like they went out of their way to make us uncomfortable. “Judgement-Free Zone” is apparently code for “don’t bother trying to please or take care of gym members.” Bottom line: this place is a joke. They’re obsessed with petty rules and mindless enforcement, and I’m over it. If I wanted to be treated like I’m in detention, I’d go back to high school. Planet Fitness Copperfield, enjoy your empty gym—looks like EOS across the street is about to get a whole lot of new members. I’ve been paying and coming here years, not anymore.

Love this place, the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Almost every time my girls and I are there, Aaliyah is there with a smile and gives us a warm welcome. We have truly enjoyed being there for the summertime. The Gym always looks clean and organized. The cleaning stations are always stock. Whenever we have a question, we feel comfortable to ask the staff, since we are new using the weights and the machines. Thank you all for the great atmosphere and ambience y'all have created. PS. The hydrobeds are awesome!!!
