So if you want a gym home that is going to yell at and mistreat children please sign your child up here. They treat babies like grown women, requiring very young children to force their bodies to do things that medically could stunt their growth. Then when you ask about why these types of things are required you are just complaining as if the gym is your child’s new legal guardian when you pay them. Oh and it’s not cheap by far. They may win trophy’s and banners but it’s the way you win that is meaningful. Respect… ummm no there is none.. well at least not to parents that pay to keep the lights on this place. Plenty of momma drama from the cheer moms and very spiteful coaches that will take their anger and frustrations out on little children. But in the grand scheme of things they continue to post my child on their social media even after we no longer want these types of services and when asked to take this down they do not comply. Good luck and wish you well as I believe in compassion and care when it comes to dealing with children. BEWARE!!!!! Oh and one last thing… the Director who claims to have come from the largest cheer gym in Georgia is completely worthless. He assumes many things and doesn’t receive full details but will accuse, accuse, accuse and well you know how that turns out! But he will gaslight you to sign up your child only to know there is all types of misconduct going on here. Less than two weeks ago a coach was dismissed for misconduct with a minor and e-mails were sent out to the parents? But yeah it’s still a safe place to put your kids to only be torn down mentally and emotionally and retaliations is a must against children as well as parents. I hope this review truly helps someone else because I made a huge mistake but non the less I’m A1 on my decision.

Although this is our 2nd time here my daughter absolutely loves it. The coaches and staff are amazing. ALL of them are very polite, happy and energetic. My daughter is 6 and her classes are 1hr a week for $85 bucks a month!!! All the kids love it, have a great time and like their gymnastics friends!! I highly recommend them!!

Coach Sam is absolutely the greatest coach we've worked with at any gym. Hands down, the hardest working coach out there. Our daughter's skills and confidence has steadily increased since being with Coach Sam. If Coach Sam ever leaves, we will follow.

My 5 year old (almost 6) joined for the Spring Break camp and absolutely loved it. He wants to go back for summer camp. The staff was polite came over to speak to me when I walked him on for his first day since we didn’t really know where to put his stuff. I called a few times with questions always got a call back or an answer. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great birthday party here today for our 8 year old and her friends. We had a private party room and the gym was a great size with plenty of things for the kids to do that kept them busy. I liked the employees laid back approach to let me as a parent have a say in how we wanted out party to flow. We also had a few older teens that also had a good time. It was a longer party at a more affordable price than other gyms. Staff had a good attitude toward helping us.

Love love this gym! The coaches and staff are amazing and very nice! My daughter has tried pretty much everything here. She has been coming to this gym for about 4 yrs and she absolutely loves it. She has been in the gymnastics classes, and competitive team, she's been in the tumbling classes and now in the cheer team, and we've loved all of them! My daughter has learned so much, so many skills, and so many ways to better herself in the sports she loves!

We had never been to this gym and scheduled a birthday party there. The place is very big/clean/comfortable. Coach Sam was the absolute best helper ever. She was so nice and answered any questions, helped decorate and pass out food for all guests etc. I was really really happy

Our family has been coming to Iron Sports since October 2023. Our kids take ninja classes and my husband and I have done personal training with the coaches. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's definitely an environment for growth and development through healthy risk taking and getting out of your comfort zone. The staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, kind, and patient in their classes. Their membership options are competitively priced and worth the money IMO. There's a weight room that's available to use with a monthly membership for those not necessarily interested in ninja. They also offer birthday parties! We hosted one for our youngest and all his friends (and parents) had a great time. It is an older building with poor insulation which makes for some cold winter classes and hot summer classes. Although it's not ideal it doesn't affect the quality of the coaching and classes. Overall, we highly recommend this ninja gym!

This was the perfect place to host my daughter’s 8th birthday party! The staff at the front desk were helpful and kind, our instructor Jonathan was so great with the kids, everyone was welcoming and ready to have a great time. Our party room had plenty of space and was set up when we arrived. Top notch service! The facility is clean and FULL of different obstacles in every direction at different levels of difficulty, there is something for everyone to try. Im so glad we chose this gym, all the parents and kids had a blast!

If you are looking for getting in shape, being part of the actual show, or just finding a new hobby then this place is just for you. Whether you are a young kid to Old Adult, Man or Woman, it really does not matter. This place is perfect for everyone and lots of people come here. Obstacles: The obstacles range from a huge variety from beginner all the way to Ninja (Master) and at no point do you ever feel like you have done everything. Because with each and every day ,the obstacles ALWAYS CHANGE plus the fact that it’s always FUN to try and complete certain obstacles, as well as have an AMAZING WAY to GET INTO SHAPE. Teachers: The teachers are knowledgeable in their craft and have done competitions in tournaments and have ranked really high, so don’t ever think for a second that they don’t know what they are talking about. As for the way they explain advice and as for how they teach really helps me as an athlete to understand what I must do and how I must execute every course which is what you want in a ninja warrior gym. Not only that, but they are super friendly and will help you become better. Classes: The classes are so much fun and FLEXIBLE that no matter where your skill is at you will always be working in something as a team. Not only that but classes come in memberships and the classes are TWICE a week. Now i know what you are thinking “twice a week?!?! That’s not much….” But the thing is…..it is….for everytime you are in class you are at least BOUND to TAKE OFF SOME SKIN FROM YOUR HANDS and/or have REALLY SORE HANDS. So the way that the classes are placed are really neat and help encourage people to heal and be ready by next class session. Overall Gym 10/10 this gym really has More features like weights, jiu jitsu classes and other things but for the fact that it’s for EVERYONE and the classes are AMAZING I really couldn’t shy away from this GOLDEN opportunity.

I have a background in martial arts and gymnastics. Long story short, this was my first time training in a Ninja warrior gym, and it was... AWESOME! Monica was a huge help as far as touring and answering any questions involving the equipment. Everyone was friendly and respectful of space while attempting obstacles. If you are interested in more focused lessons, they offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels.

I have been looking for a ninja school for my boys to get some of their crazy energy out. This was perfect. We have officially signed up for monthly membership and I highly recommend this gym. The coaches are very attentive and patient with little people (my boys are 4 and 6) and they are excellent teachers.

Absolutely amazing gym and amazing equipment. But the staff at the front desk at night literally suck man. I tried adding my family member to the gym membership and they did everything to just make it an absolute nightmare of an experience. Firstly they claimed we weren’t even family? Then refused to help us through the app. If I’m willing to pay for my family membership I believe it shouldn’t be such a stupid unnecessary tedious chores. This gym has been an amazing gym to me but the night shift front counter people are absolutely the worst if you expect to have questions about adding FAMILY members to family pass. Besides that amazing gym amazing employees Amazing people who also attend. Just the night shift front counter wants to make their job way harder tedious and overall stupid then what it needs to be and they are fully aware of it

I’ve been a loyal Lifetime Fitness member since 2018, but my recent experience at the Champions location has left me extremely disappointed. When transferring my membership back to this location, I was met with unnecessary hurdles just to get started. Once I managed to restart my membership, I was shocked by a significant price increase, which they claimed was due to switching locations. This makes no sense to me because the club level at Champions is identical to the Lifetime Atascocita location I came from. Nothing has changed to justify such an increase. On top of that, I was provided a phone number for the corporate office, but it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. I’ve tried calling multiple times without success. This lack of accessibility and customer care is incredibly frustrating. I am honestly in disbelief at how Lifetime Fitness has handled this situation. It’s upsetting to see how much the company has changed, especially after being a committed member for so many years.

This place is the most ghetto lifetime, if you have the ability to go to a different Lifetime you should, let me start off by saying that the kids daycare is very hot. Most of the time the AC is broken I go about five days a week and out of those five days at least three days my daughter is drenched in sweat and I usually go in the mornings when it’s not too hot I always ask the staff what’s wrong with the AC and the only answers I get is that they’re working on it. I have been going to this facility built for about five months and I get the same responses, now in terms of the gym equipment they’re always working on the cardio machines because there’s always some that are broken. Posted a picture of the leg extension machine which hurts if you’re wearing shorts it’s leather so as it starts cracking, it starts to hurt your skin. They don’t have conditioner or lotion or many of the other toiletries like the other Lifetime locations, sucks that every time you ask the manager, he will take it up to Coorporate and I guess Coorporate isn’t listening because this place sucks. The only great thing about it is the staff at the daycare and that’s what keeps me in that gym because there is no other gym in the area that offers such great childcare. But for $200 a month you would think that this place would be better.

Place is good in general but needs to have better upkeep. The lockers are dirty and some look like they haven't been cleaned in months. Some of the equipment seems pretty old. The cleaning stations sometimes don't have wipes. The pickleball courts are pretty clean and look new though.

I recently visited Life Time with a family member who brought me there, and I was interested in getting a personal trainer. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with a guy named Kyle. I had a question about personal training, but Kyle was incredibly rude and acted like I wasn't even there. He made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. We tried reaching out to the general manager, Matt, but he hasn't responded at all. Because of this experience, I would never consider buying a membership at Life Time.

Fantastic and modern YMCA! Compared to others I’ve visited, this one stands out as the most up-to-date. The front desk staff is always friendly and eager to help with any questions I have. Equipment and weights are consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a top-notch experience. This YMCA offers an excellent variety of amenities and activities at a cost-effective price. It's perfect for individuals and families alike, featuring diverse programs that cater to different needs. In my opinion, the YMCA is one of the best values for its price, combining quality, cleanliness, and opportunities for everyone to enjoy.

An excellent variety of programs and features with incredibly friendly staff. The value of the services and options is unmatched at any other gym or community center. We are greeted by welcoming staff every time we enter. This is not just at the main desk, but every time we enter through the outdoor pool, enter to drop off the little one at the child watch center, enter to the main pool to talk to the life guards, enter a fitness class, or just about anywhere that we enter. In case you missed the subtle comments above, in addition to all your standard gym or community center offerings of gym equiment, basketball, walking, etc., this place also has and OUTDOOR pool with small water slides, indoor pool with hot tub area, a child-watch area to so that parents can enjoy the other offerings, and fitness classes all included. This is all at a FAMILY price that is less than 1 or 2 memberships to any other local gym with an outdoor pool.

I think this location is great! (I’m personally only here for the childcare so I can workout) As a first time mom I was nervous of the child care system but the staff was actually SUPER great at handling all my questions and concerns. I was a bit disappointed that I can’t see the room my child is in nor can I go in and see what the room looks like & while I understand the reasons, it’s a bit odd. They don’t change the babies diapers or give them snacks, so don’t expect that of them(I like this rule personally and they have restrooms nearby that you can change them before going in and a lounge area that you can feed them before they go in too). Overall the staff is sweet and my daughter had a blast her first day. I do wish there was a camera system in the room that parents who are scanned in and in the facility can use to see how it’s going cause I feel like in todays age, I rather know my kid is safe and isn’t being mishandled (which as parents we know some childcare facilities have been in lawsuits for things). The only thing about the child care that kinda sucks for me is that they are closed from 1pm - 4pm which is right around the the time I wanted to bring my little one in cause it’s her wake time. So if I end up finding somewhere with a better schedule that suits us, I may cancel at some point but for now, I think the staff is what’s keeping me signed up here. The gym area is actually very big and has a ton of great equipment! Platforms, kb’s, hack squat machine, turf area and so much more! People mind their business and just workout, the pool area is clean. Their indoor basketball court is a great size with a track on top. I think it’s great personally! I’ve attached the kids hours so others moms can see if it fits their schedule. 💕 Edit/update: as a former manager/gym worker, the staff is always kind! however, I see a lot of them standing around. The women’s restrooms need repairs and a deep clean, stall handles are loose and the locking mechanism for the stalls don’t even work. Some of the machines in the weight area need a repair man to come out and fix the cables, platforms need a good steam for less slippery feel.

Terri at the front counter super RUDE for absolutely no reason! And the parking is a little bit of a problem during busy hours! Please work on your employees respect for your members because I always use please and thank you!!! Other than that the turtle pond behind the gym is a plus! O and sad that there is no sauna or steam room.

The instructors are great. What I love even more is that the YMCA is a family. We care about each other. We look out for each other. We’ve made friends in our classes. We don’t go there just to work out. We go there to work out with our friends and see our friends. We go out to eat with each other sometimes. There are class Facebook groups. I moved to Utah a few months ago and I miss this family. I still keep up with them through the Facebook groups. I was in town 2 weeks ago and went and to work out at a couple classes. They were so happy to see me and it was like I never left. My new gym isn’t like that. Even the workers in the machine room get to know you. The staff when you walk in are so friendly. I don’t have that here. You don’t find this at too many other gyms.

The wifi is slow. The gym is clean and offers plenty of options for work out. The group room is spacious and cold. The cycle room has plenty of bikes. This used to be a 24 hr. They did an excellent job with the facility.

I love this location! They offer a good variety of classes at flexible times. They also have great trainers. Ms. Tracy and Natalie B are the best trainers. They get you pumped and motivated to workout. If you can't do a move they will modify the workout for you. Best part is that you get great results from attending their classes!

I have been a member of this gym for just about two years. Plenty of equipment, clean and smells good. Had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Keith (props to him) as he was walking the floor putting up weights that people had left around. It’s always nice to see a manager or employee care about the place they work and want to have it in the best condition for the customers. I do wish people would re-rack their weights but that’s not on the gym. I would recommend to anyone.

Do not join Fitness Connection. This is a gym, it should not be difficult to cancel your membership. I moved and for an entire year they charged my card after contacting them last year to cancel. Management said they were contacting corporate to cancel the contract due to a new employee not making us aware of the cancellation fees ect. They recently charged me again for an annual fee. This gym was dirty, smelly and the customer service with corporate and their billing department is unprofessional and rude. DO NOT SIGN their contract if you do not want to have to pay to get out of it or continue to be charged monthly even if you move/relocate. Gym membership should not be a prison sentence. It should be easy, and effortless to change your plans with where you want to workout. Sanitary environments and great customer service should be a priority. Check that ridiculous contract before committing to this less than mediocre gym. NEVER coming back. I wish zero stars was an option.

They unexpectedly raised prices, and i get the whole “blame inflation/raise money so the owner can buy a bigger yacht/pass the expenses on to the consumer/legalized greed” bullsh!t. And at first i was like cool, that must mean they’re gonna add some later shifts so i don’t have to rush to get there on the days i end up working late. BUT NO, THE HOURS ARE STILL THE SAME. — NO ADDED VALUE FOR THE HIGHER PRICE I’M PAYING, THANKS FOR THAT!! At least extend the hours so i don’t have to be in and out by 10pm on a weekday or by 7pm on a weekend.

A really good center for the most part. The staff are generally friendly and attentive. The machines are in good shape for the most part. The biggest issue is that the men's showers are mostly busted and have stayed busted for months despite complaints and now there's an issue with vehicle break-ins. They need to hire security or they're going to start losing long time members.

It’s okay, cleanliness is not a priority at this location. Don’t believe me? Check out the 2” of dust on everything you can look down on from the 2nd level.

The floors are horrible in this gym. It is hot and the players were slipping all over the floor. Lee Sloan tournament needs to do better and pick quality venues. I'll definitely be putting in a call as this place is a health hazard Also the referees were trash. They had to consult about the baseline which means they probably arent qualified. Black people need to do better Specifically these two.

This place is so horrible. This is my second time being here for a basketball tournament, both times was a horrific experience. Rest room was so nasty I came home and took a bath in bleach, to sanitize myself. The health department need to shut the place down. People have small kids it’s not even safe to walk around. Someone in a wheelchair would have a difficult time because of the wood on the floor that supports the basketball goal. You are Making money a least clean the place. No stars

One of the WORST atmospheres in youth basketball. The odor hits you right at the door. The bathrooms had no running water in toilets or sinks. Toilets had resting pee and feces. Coaches PLEASE don’t book another tournament here. Parents will GLADLY pay to go somewhere else. 10/14/23

I wish 0 stars was an option here. There is nothing positive to say about this location. The facility is filthy, the bathrooms are gross, the concession stand is awful. The temperature is either freezing or your burning up . The manager is RUDE. This is Texas, AC is mandatory for your guests to be comfortable. Propping one door open does not constitute AC and does not adequately cool your gym. This place is a joke!

We play $15 for a basketball game, toilets stopped up, tissue. All over the floor no one to maintain or clean them. Horrible. Use of space. And waste of my money! Who wants to use the ladies restroom like this?

I joined Orangetheory fitness at vintage park a few months ago and I have to say that it has been one of my best decisions in recent memory. The classes and coaches are phenomenal and front desk staff specifically Darius and Caitlin are so thoughtful and kind. I was sick and missed a few classes and they even called to make sure I was feeling ok. Absolute top notch 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I recently started my journey with OrangeTheory, and I can confidently say that I haven’t regretted a single moment. Finding a workout that I genuinely enjoy has always been a challenge for me, but OrangeTheory has changed the game by seamlessly blending cardio and strength training in a way that keeps me engaged and motivated. One of the standout features of OrangeTheory is the challenging benchmarks they set. I love how I can compete against my past achievements while also pushing myself to keep up with others in the class. It creates a supportive yet competitive atmosphere that drives me to improve every time I step into the studio. The welcoming atmosphere starts right at the front desk. The staff is incredibly friendly and creates an inviting environment that makes you feel right at home. I have to give a special shoutout to the coaches: Kandance, Danielle, Cara, and Neftaly. They are nothing short of amazing. Their encouragement and expertise have pushed me to my limits in the best possible way. I’ve always been apprehensive about running fast and worrying about gasping for air, but they’ve worked with me to build my endurance step by step. Their guidance has made a significant difference in my confidence and performance. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend OrangeTheory to anyone looking for a comprehensive workout experience. With a perfect blend of cardio and strength training, supportive coaches, and a welcoming community, it’s a 10/10 in my book! If you're searching for a place to challenge yourself while enjoying the process, look no further than OrangeTheory. *side note: I started with the basic membership then upgraded to the unlimited. That’s how much I enjoyed my time at orange theory vintage park.*

The owner is a fair lady. People who complain about Pure Barre studio's costs should think about the corporate team and the franchising system. I used to participate in Pure Barre at this location. The classes were okay and no different compared to classes at other Pure Barre studios. I have four instructors within my three month membership stint. Within a single day at Pure Barre, the instructors are different. I feel that the studio has a high turnover of barre instructors compared to other Pure Barre locations. I have cancelled PB since I don't live at this location. One year later, PB corporate emailed me. Somehow, Pure Barre corporate stored my contact info. They are asking me whether I would like to pursue PB ownership for the Spring Texas location.

Literally so amazing, the instructors are all excellent, they emphasize the importance of good posture, and are great at explaining the moves and checking in with anyone that might need a modification. The barre classes have helped me in so many ways, and I highly recommend this to anyone!

Pure Barre Spring combines the best of fitness, fun, and friendship. The classes are always challenging but not impossible. And the instructors provide corrections so that you get the most out of your workout while being encouraging. Above all this is the kindest community. We celebrate one another’s accomplishments and look forward to our time together. If you’re looking for a great workout, amazing instructors and a welcoming community try Pure Barre Spring. You won’t regret it!

This place is the best. I came here in pregnancy when I was in too much pain for my normal workouts but wanted to stay active. Not only was I able to tolerate these workouts, they actually helped alleviate my pain! I was able to stay active till 39wks with the workouts, coaching, and motivation from the instructors here. AND my recovery was so easy and quick compared to my last pregnancy. Beyond that, the community is amazing! The members themselves are so genuinely friendly, supportive, and encouraging. I have been in lots of studios and gyms, but I have never experienced this kind of community. 10/10 recommend.

Nice outdoor calisthenics gym for a bodyweight workout. It has pullup bars, incline pushup bars, parallel bars, and a variety of other equipment. No shade, unfortunately, but it's in an outstanding park next to an excellent neighborhood center. It's right next to the basketball court.
