I have been going to this gym location for the past four days. I had the pleasure of meeting Kobe and Herson on Sunday. They were great and provided great customer service. On Monday, I met Philip, who has been giving me problems and making me feel uncomfortable while I work out. He is the only person who is giving me problems. I come here to work out peacefully and respectfully. Philip has been harassing me since day one. He has been excessively and constantly watching me and walking around me while I work out. He asked for a photo of me for the computer, and I said I would take one later. Philip commented, "Oh, we don't background check..." I said, "Why are you judging me?" and left. On Tuesday, Philip continued to harass me, constantly watching and walking around me while I worked out. He checked on me at least three times that day. I confronted him, saying that he was making me feel uncomfortable and harassing me. Why are you checking up on me and not other people in the gym? That same day, he wanted a photo for the computer. After taking the photo, he commented, "Nice picture," making me feel even more uncomfortable when leaving. The next few days, he continued to harass me, walking up next to me while I worked out and mentioning my backpack. And threatened to cancel my membership. And I told him why he was picking on me and harassing me. Philip is the only person in the gym who is giving me a hard time. I noticed a black african lady that had a backpack similar size as mine. And he didn't say anything to her. I also noticed a Hispanic male with a backpack similar in size to mine. I asked him if he had ever experienced any problems because of his backpack. The Hispanic man said no. I told Philip that I carry my backpack to put my towel and personal belongings in. If I leave my towel out in public, I have a medical health skin condition that causes breakouts. I asked Philip why he was harassing me and why he wasn't saying anything to other people with backpacks. I told Philip I had no problem if he wanted to check my bag upon leaving. Upon finishing my workout on Thursday, Philip continued to walk around me and harass me again, saying, "Don't slam the weights down" and being petty. In all honesty, I did not slam the weights down while on the chest press machine. Philip, again, was harassing me and giving me a hard time. Philip said the sound was loud and that I hadn't eaten all day. I said, "Okay?" Just because it sounds loud doesn't mean I was slamming the weights down. I told Philip that I know how to work out. I have been playing football and working out for the past 20 years and I know how to work out respectfully. I told Philip again that he was harassing me and causing problems when I did not slam the weights down. I told Philip that he needs to stop harassing me. As we were talking, I used the word "brother"—I said, "Brother, you're giving me a hard time. And you're the only person giving me a difficult time." I said, "Kobe and Herson, your coworkers, were great guys and had great customer service. But you, brother, you're the only person harassing me and giving me a hard time." Philip got mad and said, "Stop saying 'brother.'" After that, I ended my conversation with Philip and decided to escalate the problem to the manager. I asked Philip what time his manager came in tomorrow. Philip refused to answer my question. I asked him again, "Hello, what time does your manager come in tomorrow?" He continued to not answer. Another customer, hearing this conversation, told Philip he needed to tell me what time the manager came in tomorrow due to company policy. Philip continued to act unprofessionally and sarcastically, saying, "In the afternoon." I asked, "What exact time?" Philip was clearly looking at the schedule and continued to act sarcastically, saying, "In the afternoon." After that, I left. I wanted to continue working out and use the massage chair, but I didn't feel comfortable because of Philip. Planet Fitness has a big sign that says "Judgement Free Zone," designed to make everyone feel comf

If I could rate this location for 0 stars most definitely would. So far the only location that turned me away for being in Jeans. Thank you Brittany. As I am walking back in to get her name. Clearly can see her pulling up my membership. Speaking with coworker that Explains it. Seeing what locations i go to. So far ONLY LOCATION to turn me away for wearing jeans. 💀😂 Trash workers and TRASH LOCATION TBH! I remembered why i disliked this location. The HWY 6 location is way better in equipment available to guests and by far way more qualified employees.

Amazing experience from the moment the client walks in.. staff and management welcomes you with a smile and somewhat personalizes the greeting per person. They also keep the gym clean at all times along with the members who does a pretty good job at whipping down the machine after and at times even before use. Good management truly shows on one's team members (staff) and even reflects on the behavior of the clients. Well done to this location and planet fitness in general.

Too many people hogging machines and even after management was made aware they failed to manage the situations continously allowing members to be on their phones for 5-10+ minutes without using the equipment they are on. (More than 1 person and more than 1 equipment). Makes the gym pretty hard to even use. After they take annual fee they act bad with customers,

I have a question and a complaint at the same time. I have my black card and I come with my wife to do exercises and enjoy the massage area. But there is a girl with blue eyes and yellow hair who doesn't allow me to use the massage area with my wife. Question: Can't I really use all the areas of the gym with my wife? Or is that girl being racist towards us for being Latino?
