F45 Burlington (and the format in general) is exceptional! The coaches in Burlington are all super supportive, focus on proper technique, and are very encouraging when you need it. Awesome to work with. The facility is exceptionally clean throughout (including showers and restrooms) and the owner Layla is Fantastic!! I’m a month in and although it’s one of the toughest workouts I can remember (from my athletic days 25+ years ago), I somehow crawl out thinking it was fun (an impossible word for me with traditional workout gyms). The beauty of the program is it’s so fast paced and varied that you couldn’t possibly get bored, as the variety really helps maintain your effort levels. You start at your own pace, and will continue building yourself at whatever pace you choose. You’re fully supported no matter your condition levels, just bring a positive attitude. Finally - this is purely a no judgement zone consisting of a hundred backgrounds and experience levels. If you have time to look at (never mind judge) someone else, you’re not working hard enough or doing it properly. It’s an incredible group, the coaches will push, and you’ll walk out feeling accomplished every single time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! The trainers are fantastic, they are beyond helpful, have great attitudes and always want to see members improving and working hard. The facility is super clean and organized. After just 2 months of going consistently I’ve already seen changes in my body and improvements in my strength & technique. I love the community feeling & am always excited for a workout!!

I signed up at f 45 in November and it has been one of the best things I could have done! The coaches teach me something new everyday. The atmosphere of the gym is so comfortable and positive. F 45 has been a complete game changer.

Had to give my original F45 team a shout out since I am finally getting around to writing reviews! The team here is great and has really built a solid community of people who love to workout and jam to some great music! I no longer go to this location because I moved a few months back but this place started my love of F45 that still continues today...LOVE AND MISS YOU GUYS love Jordan and Charlie!!!

I started F45 a month ago. I was immediatly greeted with a friendly and professional staff. The facility is clean and bright and set up perfectly for covid separation. The music is always amazing and motivating. I have yet to repeat the same class and love the spontaneous change of exercises throughout class. I highly recommend this training studio.

I absolutely love this gym! From the moment I walked in, the trainers, staff, and owner made me feel incredibly welcome. They truly go above and beyond to create a positive and supportive environment. The community of members is amazing. Everyone is on their own fitness journey and there is so much encouragement. My kids also love the childcare that’s included. It’s such a relief to know they’re in good hands while I focus on my workout. This gym has truly been a blessing for our whole family!

Burn Bootcamp is truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk in, the trainers make you feel seen and valued. They’re not just friendly—they’re incredibly encouraging and supportive, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I have multiple injuries, and the coaches consistently provide thoughtful modifications, ensuring I can participate safely while still getting an amazing workout. It’s proof that even when modifying, you can push yourself and see real results. Before Burn, I never looked forward to working out, but now I can’t wait to come back the next day. The sense of community here is unmatched—it empowers you to show up, work hard, and strive to be the best version of yourself. It may sound a little corny, but it genuinely works! Burn Bootcamp has been a game-changer for me, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

I joined Burn Boot Camp Burlington at the end of August on a 4-week trial membership, seeking a change from my usual CrossFit routine of the past five years. Initially, I was skeptical and hesitant to step out of my comfort zone. However, I was quickly hooked! Before my trial ended, I signed up for a 3-month membership. What I gained was a profound sense of family, camaraderie, and self-discovery. The coaches, staff, and members are what make Burn Boot Camp such an incredible place. If you’re looking for a fantastic workout environment, you should give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Not working for 4 days. And no discount for visitors. Don't forget to pay 15 times higher than PLANET FITNESS on time. Membership Concierge: Irena and Nicole - they don't even say hello. Sauna: The sauna is in terrible condition. The power button was turned off to save money, the temperature in the Sauna is 90 F, it is not noticeable.

Every year Lifetime gets worse. I would recommend looking for other options if you have one. There was a drop in quality and increase in advertising when they went public, and starting this year you can no longer add your children back on to you membership when they are home from school without my membership increasing by $40 every month going forward. Local people are nice, corporate mandates ruin the experience. Very much reminds me of my days at Bally’s total fitness, but that was cheap.

I had a massage from Sammy. I thought he was really knowledgeable about the human body & musculature. He shared some recommendations for things I can do at home to assist with circulation & nerve pain. He was very thoughtful in his techniques, how he adjusted my limbs for different massages, and was attentive to my needs for pressure and comfort.

Lost a star because their toilet paper is worse than sandpaper. Everything about this gym is boujee and encourages health & fitness! Staff are extremely friendly too! I love working out here, but if LT is going to charge what they charge, they need to invest in some Charmin Ultrasoft. If you’re thinking about joining, make sure to bring your own TP!

It felt very strange to workout in a CLEAN PF!! The equipment is very nice and upgraded. It is only a day old and I hope everyone takes care of it. Only complaint is it makes the PF by my house look So, so, so.... awfully terrible.

Google Maps will take you to the entrance but not the parking 🅿️ lot. The way to the entrance is blocked by construction 🚧. You will have to walk a short distance to the entrance from the parking lot. No biggie! The good 👍 points: The work out area and men's locker 🛅 room were in good shape. There is a bar to hang your clothes, which I have not seen at other PFs. The shower I used was spacious and the shower curtain was in good condition. There is a lot of room to move around! There is a 360° Exercise & 30 Minute Workout area with a leg 🦵 curl machine. Ab and leg has its own section. The massage chair 💺 is an older that is coin operated model but it works. The rafters are dusted. The temperature was comfortable. WiFi available. The bad news: Two of the three staff members I interacted with were not pleasant. They seemed annoyed. The men's locker room has one shower and a urinal being repaired. One of the kitchen sinks wasn't working. There was not a cubicle to change after you took a shower. The music 🎵 was a little loud 🔊 in the locker room when I first arrived but I think 🤔 it was turned down later. I was wearing headphones 🎧 while I was there. What is beyond Planet Fitness' control, the clientele's attitude. I thought 💭 Portsmouth was bad! At least I encountered a little friendliness there. Almost every guy kept checking themselves out in the mirror 🪞, which was humorous. People seemed standoffish and brusque especially when I asked if they were done. While I was looking for specific equipment, I inadvertently made eye 👀 contact with one guy and he started staring at me angrily. There were a few weight slammers but every PF has that issue. I did see 🙈 a few people wiping down equipment and mats. If I need to use this PF again, I would because I know what to expect. The good points are enough for another visit.

The new location is definitely much nicer and I loved the new machines. I don’t think I’ll be back, they essentially cut the gym in half from the old one. It’s not only a smaller gym, but there’s half of the equipment, so if you go in with a plan for your work out it’s nearly impossible to hit all of the machines you want, as there’s only one of every machine for the most part. I waited for one machine the entire time I was there and finally gave up and left.

Nikki at this Burlington location is amazing! She is always helpful, friendly and has the best attitude! This club is clean and has ample available equipment! I live in Denver and go to the club in Colorado regularly, but when in Iowa every year for the holidays, I always look forward to going to the Burlington club! It is the highlight of my trip! Great job, and I highly recommend!

This place is horrible. I canceled my membership in May they still charging me every month 179$. Every time I call no one help . The reason I canceled my membership because they put wrong information in my account I wasn’t able to pick up any schedule through my app. I called two week every single day to fix so I can start picking up classes no one knew how to fix that problem. So I end up canceling membership. They said they have 30 day policy meaning I have to pay one more month even I just signed up and I was canceling due to their mistake. Still they charge my card for June 179$. I called to make sure they took my card off. In July again they charged my card 179$. Be careful before signing up they’re organizing is not good at all. The workout they do we can easily do it on our own at home or gym. Worse service ever in Burlington MA orange theory.

Since I joined OTF, I lost 30 pounds. Coaches- I like the variety of coaches. They all have different personalities and expertise but still motivates us to strive for better and improve our form on the tread, rower and floor. The trainers (and Andrea in the front desk) all have helped me PR on the treadmill to run longer, faster and get higher wattage on the rower. Workouts- I love that the workouts are challenging and are things that I would NEVER do on my own if I was to work out at my local gym. It's great that I am pushed to run hills and do sprints on the treadmill, because, who really goes to the gym and has the self discipline to do so? On the floor, I like learning new compound workouts like suit case squats, renegade rows and utilizing multiple muscles. I also love incorporating different equipment that I don't always have access to at my local gym (ab dolley, TRX, bench, rower). The calves stretcher and foam rollers available are an added bonus! Technology- I love being able to see my performance during and after class and knowing when I need to push a little bit harder to get myself into the target zone. If I were to work out on my own, I'm sure I would mostly be in the green and probably coast along. Cooling/Stretching It's great the warm ups and cool downs are rushed! It's great that the new stretch routines are based on the muscle groups used for that class. Professionalism: All Staff (both trainer and front desk) are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! It's not a random person of the street teaching a group class but they know the science and technology! They are available before and after class to help out and answer questions and are actually involved in other events (races, rowing clinics) Cleanliness: I can't say this about most gyms but this one is ACTUALLY CLEAN and the equipment actually functions or gets fixed right away if it doesn't. From the machines to the showers, everything is immaculate. I've seen trainers rerack weights when they are not in proper place and I've seen the front desk staff help maintain the lobby and shower facilities.

I started orange theory earlier this month and love it. My first class was with Emily who was great at showing me the ropes and making sure I had the movements down. Only down side is if you work later I to the evening like I do you may be limited to early morning work outs - thankfully BG carries enough energy for everyone and gets your day started the right way.

Orangetheory Burlington is great! Everyone is really friendly - the trainers, the front desk staff, the other members. The workouts are always different, so you don't get bored, but they are very easy to follow. I really like getting the email at the end of each session with my heart rate data and time spent in each zone. Classes are really easy to schedule (you can use your online account, the app, or they'll do it for you at the front desk), and I've never had issues getting into classes during peak hours. Overall a great studio with great people!

I love working out at Orangetheory. The workouts are different every day, but always a great, challenging hour that combines cardio and strength work. Coaches are great, all different styles and personalities but all knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, energetic, and motivating. The community of members is engaged and fun, not judgmental or needlessly competitive. Don't be intimidated by the intensity; you can always modify to your needs and fitness level, and there's always a way to push yourself. Give it a try!! You never know what you can do.

We love My Gym in Burlington! My two sons ages 1 and 3 have so much fun in all of the classes. The classes are a nice mix of structured activities, games and songs and then lots of time for free play. The equipment in the gym is rearranged every week so it's a whole new fun experience every time we go. The staff are incredible, friendly and so much fun!

Couldn’t ask for more in a gym. By far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Welcoming, great workout and amazing facility. It’s always challenging and the coaches push you to do just one more. A super friendly staff and team of fantastic coaches. Worth every penny. Showing up for yourself surrounded by great people. It’s been a great time to be a part of this community. If you’re considering a gym, this is the one you want. They care about you showing up and trying. I’m always smiling after the workout. The music is a good mix and gets you energized. The workouts range from strength, performance, core and conditioning. I will miss it!!! ❤️ Thank you Vic, Mel, Kenny, Tyler, Ben, Joe, Wil! I hope our paths cross again.

I was looking for options to help keep my teens active over the summer and wanted to explore D1. I was very impressed. Client Service (Melanie) and Coaching/Training (Ben) were great to work with. Melanie is very communicative and personable. The various options at D1 for the teens were very clear. Coach Ben was fantastic with them during the initial assessment. They were both nervous but he put them at ease almost immediately and got them working hard within in minutes. The girls loved the vibe at D1 - terrific & invigorating facility - and both were eager to get started. So glad we took the time to check out D1!

Pure Barre is by far my most FAVORITE part of the day! I love going to class where the instructors encourage me to push myself past my limits and make me want to be stronger everyday. When I'm in class, the rest of the day doesn't matter and it's just me, my body and my shake! The Burlington location is fantastic because everyone is very open to teaching new clients and to helping even the most experienced customers improve their form. They are full of energy and make class fun (even when they make you get into a lunge!). Give it a try! It will be your most challenging and rewarding hour of the day!

What a beautiful studio and the friendliest team. I reached out to the studio as I would be in town for a business trip and wanted to drop in on some classes. Catie the owner and her team were so kind and welcoming. The studio was clean, organized and had a great retail selection! I will be returning when I’m back in town.
