This place is horrible. I canceled my membership in May they still charging me every month 179$. Every time I call no one help . The reason I canceled my membership because they put wrong information in my account I wasn’t able to pick up any schedule through my app. I called two week every single day to fix so I can start picking up classes no one knew how to fix that problem. So I end up canceling membership. They said they have 30 day policy meaning I have to pay one more month even I just signed up and I was canceling due to their mistake. Still they charge my card for June 179$. I called to make sure they took my card off. In July again they charged my card 179$. Be careful before signing up they’re organizing is not good at all. The workout they do we can easily do it on our own at home or gym. Worse service ever in Burlington MA orange theory.

Since I joined OTF, I lost 30 pounds. Coaches- I like the variety of coaches. They all have different personalities and expertise but still motivates us to strive for better and improve our form on the tread, rower and floor. The trainers (and Andrea in the front desk) all have helped me PR on the treadmill to run longer, faster and get higher wattage on the rower. Workouts- I love that the workouts are challenging and are things that I would NEVER do on my own if I was to work out at my local gym. It's great that I am pushed to run hills and do sprints on the treadmill, because, who really goes to the gym and has the self discipline to do so? On the floor, I like learning new compound workouts like suit case squats, renegade rows and utilizing multiple muscles. I also love incorporating different equipment that I don't always have access to at my local gym (ab dolley, TRX, bench, rower). The calves stretcher and foam rollers available are an added bonus! Technology- I love being able to see my performance during and after class and knowing when I need to push a little bit harder to get myself into the target zone. If I were to work out on my own, I'm sure I would mostly be in the green and probably coast along. Cooling/Stretching It's great the warm ups and cool downs are rushed! It's great that the new stretch routines are based on the muscle groups used for that class. Professionalism: All Staff (both trainer and front desk) are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! It's not a random person of the street teaching a group class but they know the science and technology! They are available before and after class to help out and answer questions and are actually involved in other events (races, rowing clinics) Cleanliness: I can't say this about most gyms but this one is ACTUALLY CLEAN and the equipment actually functions or gets fixed right away if it doesn't. From the machines to the showers, everything is immaculate. I've seen trainers rerack weights when they are not in proper place and I've seen the front desk staff help maintain the lobby and shower facilities.

I started orange theory earlier this month and love it. My first class was with Emily who was great at showing me the ropes and making sure I had the movements down. Only down side is if you work later I to the evening like I do you may be limited to early morning work outs - thankfully BG carries enough energy for everyone and gets your day started the right way.

Orangetheory Burlington is great! Everyone is really friendly - the trainers, the front desk staff, the other members. The workouts are always different, so you don't get bored, but they are very easy to follow. I really like getting the email at the end of each session with my heart rate data and time spent in each zone. Classes are really easy to schedule (you can use your online account, the app, or they'll do it for you at the front desk), and I've never had issues getting into classes during peak hours. Overall a great studio with great people!

I love working out at Orangetheory. The workouts are different every day, but always a great, challenging hour that combines cardio and strength work. Coaches are great, all different styles and personalities but all knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, energetic, and motivating. The community of members is engaged and fun, not judgmental or needlessly competitive. Don't be intimidated by the intensity; you can always modify to your needs and fitness level, and there's always a way to push yourself. Give it a try!! You never know what you can do.
