Not working for 4 days. And no discount for visitors. Don't forget to pay 15 times higher than PLANET FITNESS on time. Membership Concierge: Irena and Nicole - they don't even say hello. Sauna: The sauna is in terrible condition. The power button was turned off to save money, the temperature in the Sauna is 90 F, it is not noticeable.

Every year Lifetime gets worse. I would recommend looking for other options if you have one. There was a drop in quality and increase in advertising when they went public, and starting this year you can no longer add your children back on to you membership when they are home from school without my membership increasing by $40 every month going forward. Local people are nice, corporate mandates ruin the experience. Very much reminds me of my days at Bally’s total fitness, but that was cheap.

Life Time has quickly become my favorite place for both workouts and relaxation. The facility’s cleanliness and organization are impeccable, making it a joy to visit. The staff’s friendliness and the instructors’ exceptional skill levels significantly enhance the experience. The variety and quality of classes offered are unparalleled. With such comprehensive and outstanding services, I can confidently say that I’ve found my forever workout home at Life Time. It truly offers a perfect blend of fitness and relaxation services!

I had a massage from Sammy. I thought he was really knowledgeable about the human body & musculature. He shared some recommendations for things I can do at home to assist with circulation & nerve pain. He was very thoughtful in his techniques, how he adjusted my limbs for different massages, and was attentive to my needs for pressure and comfort.

Lost a star because their toilet paper is worse than sandpaper. Everything about this gym is boujee and encourages health & fitness! Staff are extremely friendly too! I love working out here, but if LT is going to charge what they charge, they need to invest in some Charmin Ultrasoft. If you’re thinking about joining, make sure to bring your own TP!
