I’m in town for work from Dallas for the summer and LVHN Fitness became my gym home for while I’m in PA. It’s an exceptional facility that may be the cleanest I’m ever been in. The free parking is also a nice perk.

Started my workout program today and felt incredibly blessed to be training at the LVHN One Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is tailored for everyone and anyone, from weightlifting, to Cardio, to Yoga, to Boxing etc. I’m excited to see where my results will be in 3 months time. Thanks LVHN!

Fantastic gym. Super nice people, big clean area with two separate levels so it’s never crowded. No frills like a sauna or steam room but for the basics, it’s perfect and very convenient with a free, heated parking lot. I never have to wear a coat to the gym (it’s the little things in life)!

As someone who wanted a big, clean gym, this was perfect for me. I was only a member for about a year before pricing became a big factor, even with a discount. Everything was great- no equipment ever seemed to be broken, locker rooms were spotless, and usually the early afternoon/early morning crowd was nice and I never felt uncomfortable. For being one of the better gyms in the LV, you'd think it could be a little cheaper but the price is worth it for some. Sometimes the front desk workers would be a little snippy about one thing or another. Otherwise, I might still be a member but the unaffordability is hard to overcome.

This is the first time I joined the gym in Alantown, but unfortunately it was a very bad choice. I was not interested at all, and the employees treated me in a rude manner. I tried to withdraw, but due to an error, they did not explain to me well the steps to withdraw due to my language difference and my lack of proficiency in the English language. The money was withdrawn from my bank account and I was forced. Now to go, although I feel frustrated as soon as I enter and deal with these psychological people, I do not know if this rudeness is caused by the fact that I am not American. I am talking about my own experience with them.

I got a membership for both my husband and I, I signed up online a few months ago and since initiating our membership we never took a photo to keep on file being are very private people. Upon entering this location Brian the GM asked me to take a picture. I don’t feel comfortable and explained that to him. he then asked for my ID which I never carry when I go to the gym because it may fall out and get lost. I’m not satisfied with how he handled this situation. I missed my workout! My husband was late to get our kids from school because he had to turn back and pick me up. I pay 70 a month for this membership and now don’t feel safe to go back. I’m also reaching out to corporate to see what can be done to De-escalate Incidents. As a GM He could’ve asked me to verify myself through the actual app or pull up my Membership enrollment confirmation which is in my email connected to this account. Or simply gave me a warning for future purposes to bring my ID and let me workout. I should NEVER BE turned away.

Very exceptional experience. New to the area and not sure how long I’d be around but I knew I needed to get workouts in for my next competition. Edward took care of me and answered all my questions. From knowledge to positive attitude, definitely 10/10 overall customer service experience. Thank y'all for the hospitality and god bless!

No respect for people’s time. The Gym schedule is 5 am and there was no staff to open it ( psa: waited until 6 am). Also some of the machines have been (stair masters) scheduled for maintenance for over 3 weeks now. So do a better job. Looking to cancel for a better gym.

I love working out here. Never super crowded and I can always get on the machines I need. No one uses more than one piece of equipment at a time which is so nice. I have met a lot of wonderful people here. Alway very clean. Staff is fun and happy. Great atmosphere. If you hate crowds of people on their phone or just talking all the time then this is the place for you! Fun classes too. Been working out 8 months, lost 25 lbs and countless inches!

Visited the fitness center as a guest. Personally, I don't require a gym membership as I workout at home. However, if I was part of the network I would absolutely take advantage of the facility. It is far more impressive on the inside and has plenty of space. Also, I attended a Zumba class (really don't go to these) but was very impressed by the instructor Caressa who made everyone extremely comfortable and had a great routine.

My fiancé and I began working out at South Mall location immediately when it opened, since that time the benefits are that it is open 24/7 allowing early morning risers and night owls to lift with no issue. Unfortunately, this location is very consistently dirty throughout the equipment area and bathrooms especially. Gym etiquette is far and few between with plates spread out on the floor, leaning against other equipment, and benches spread throughout the gym where they do not belong. I believe staff do what they can, due it being a large gym they cannot be everywhere at once monitoring lifters AND be at the front desk to greet people/make sales etc. Equipment is very out dated and “newer” items are already beginning to deteriorate due to disrespectful lifters or misuse of these pieces. The cardio area is a tripping hazard with cords and metal outlets on the floor and not enough plugs to utilize the stair master that currently “out of order” for at least a month with a note that says a new one is “coming soon”. I believe Ed the owner needs to make more of an appearance at this location to address the issues at hand due to the fact of conversations that I’ve had with other members that the only reason we are here is purely the convenience of the location. I do understand that change cannot happen overnight; however, small things like spreading out equipment properly so people at bumping into each other takes only time to correct. With small changes and a few new quality pieces of equipment this gym has so much potential and the staff (Seth, Jon, and Bekah) that I’ve spoken too are very friendly and willing to hear members out with concerns and possible ideas to make this location reach its full potential.

Great gym, has a lot of equipment and variety for each muscle group. Big gym and clean with a lot of space where it isn’t too crowded or tight to workout. Jon the manager is very knowledgeable and amazing customer service.

Ever since joining supersets I have been very happy with their equipment what they have to offer, the fact that they are truly open 24/7 and their staff. The manager Jon there is very social and makes sure that he greets everyone as they come in which goes a long way for people coming to work out. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Super Sets since May, but the women’s bathrooms have been terrible lately. Over the past month, one stall door broke off and was never fixed, and today, another door was off the hinges. The handicap stall had paper towels clogging the toilet, and another stall was full of poop—it was gross. The trash cans in the women’s bathroom are always overflowing, and the paper towel dispensers, both in the women’s bathroom and on the gym floor, are empty most of the time. Things have gotten worse since the manager Jacob left. Today was the last straw—I’m going to start looking for a new gym. I can’t recommend this place anymore.

Recommend this gym, opened up about 1 year ago. Located behind the South Mall (parking behind Ross). Never busy, quiet, motivational, with people working out at every step of the fitness journey. Nice employees who will greet you coming and leaving. Would give 4.75 stars. Big variety of machines but some (2-3) are broken. No included wifi. Membership is a respectable cost. Minimal issues but never any financial ones. Great place to work out!!

Signed up for the 29.99 promo in august and was told minimum was 6 months, rate still went up to $50. Cancelled today after 6 months and was told I have a 1 year membership obligation. Website says $58 to buy out membership but now it’s $88…even though the website still says $58. And I still have to pay for next month. Price increase is advertised as paying for upgrades like saunas. The only things done have been fixing lights and eventually a new floor. None of the other new amenities. Lots of bait and switch. Run down facility with broken equipment. Not worth $29 let alone $50.

Worst place ever. They raised their rates by 400% from $10 a month to $50 a month. When we complained and asked to cancel they said we have to pay it again before we can cancel. They said they sent an email in September and we are under contract and have to pay it. They refused to let us talk to the owner. They stated there is no corporate or main office. They said if we did not pay it they would send us to collections and mess with our credit. The attitude and rudeness we received was outrageous. Raising by 400% in this economy for working folks is just wrong. The place is not worth the price.

Faucet in me s bathroom has been loose for more than 6 months nobody fixes it. Urinal has not worked in over 1 year and Noone fixes it it smells like hell. The employees lack any professionalism or care for members or there job. Management does not exist. To top it off its fee is going up 49 dollars. Do to upgrades so they say. The communication with members is terrible, this is the problem Management. You suck

Mike Colon is the worst manager that I have ever had to deal with and that speaks volumes. He was rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. He based his argument on the contract terms where nothing in my contract justified a random price increase. He did not try to work with me and instead merely shrugged his shoulders as he rolled his eyes; fighting back the entire way without an ounce of empathy. He should not be running any establishment and should be fired for this absolutely poor customer service demonstration.

It was an amazing experience!! I brought my 15 yr old son in, I wasn’t sure about getting him into a fighting environment, but Show Stoppers has such a great atmosphere. It was so chill and laidback! A few different people were quick to come up and say hello and help him out, it was great! My son is thrilled to come back and do more training. I will also be bringing his little brother and hopefully my grandkids will be coming soon. I felt like it was a great environment where my son can learn how to be able to protect himself (all men need to know that), and the kindness of the people in the gym was great! I feel like my son will continue to learn how to improve the qualities of his character that I have been trying to teach him.

My wife and I have only been going here for about 6 weeks but we’re loving it. The instructors have been great: they review all the movements during warm up and there is always some sort of flexibility/mobility element which I think is so important. Everyone, including instructors and other members, has been so friendly, helpful, and motivating!

This is a great gym! I have learned so many new movements and tips in just the first few weeks. I love that during each class a coach is there to encourage you, watch your form and give feedback. The other members are really welcoming, kind, and encouraging as well! From the owner, Kacie, to the coaches and members, everyone really makes it feel like a community. I am writing to share my experience during my recent visit to your facility with my daughter as new members. Upon our arrival, we encountered Robin at the front desk. Unfortunately, we found her demeanor to be unprofessional and unwelcoming. As first-time visitors and black card members, we anticipated a brief orientation or tour of the gym, particularly of the spa and various amenities available to us. Despite expressing multiple times that we were unfamiliar with the facility, Robin appeared visibly annoyed when I asked simple questions, such as the location of the locker room. Additionally, I observed her interacting with other customers in a manner that seemed dismissive, which contributed to an overall unpleasant atmosphere. This experience led us to feel unwelcome and ultimately resulted in the cancellation of our membership on the same day. I want to emphasize that I found the gym itself to be clean and well-equipped, and I appreciate the potential for training sessions. However, the lack of a supportive and friendly introduction significantly impacted our impression of the facility. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to enhance the experience for future members. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Genuinely my favorite gym in the area. Best machines, equipment, quality. The only issue is the woman in the management position, I believe she is at least. Glasses, red hair, almost certain she has an Ashley piercing. Almost everytime I go there is an issue. I keep getting asked for an ID to get let in as a guest, even though I was let in previously with other workers. Same situation happened when I had the subscription and my friend was a guest. They could have taken my picture there but didn't. Been going for years but management is frustrating.

The membership prices are unbeatable. The equipment and facilities are well maintained. The staff trys to be friendly but most of the time their occupied with their cell phones. It's a good gym for the casual member or healthy enthusias. Unfortunately, it can get really crowded during peak hours. For the moderate to advanced weight lifting individual or alpha male the equipment is very limited. The dumbbells are limited to deter alpha males from joining. The free weights and barbells are non-existent. Nevertheless, if your creative and know how to train your body properly even the advanced trainer can make it work.

When I first walked into Steel Fitness Premier I immediately noticed the laid-back yet energizing vibe. The space is bright and open, with large windows letting in natural light. One thing I really appreciated was the quiet, focused energy—it's not the kind of gym that feels overly crowded or chaotic, making it perfect for people who want to focus on their workouts without unnecessary distractions. The staff were incredibly friendly from the start. From the front desk, the management and to the trainers, everyone seemed genuinely happy to help. When I asked about equipment or the schedule for group classes, the staff were quick to offer information without being pushy. I also noticed the personal trainers interacting with clients throughout their sessions giving tips, encouragement, and a friendly word when needed. When it comes to cleanliness, this club, not just a gym, exceeded my expectations. The equipment was always wiped down after use and they are always in good shape. I saw staff regularly walking around cleaning the machines. The locker rooms were great, with stocked amenities. It's clear that the club lifestyle and environment is a priority here, which is a big plus for me as a member. Overall, my experience at Steel Fitness Premier has been very positive. You get what you pay for, definitely worth it as there is no other club/gym in the Lehigh Valley that has all of the amenities and everything Steel Fitness has to offer. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and cleanliness make it a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and motivating space to work out.

Stopped in for a visit to tour the facility and get costs. Husband and I just moved into the area and wanted to get right back into our routines. Not only were we ignored completely by not one but TWO employees neither even acknowledged us at all!!! If zero was an option to rate, that would be my choice. To the gentleman that was at the desk. You saw us and couldn’t even stop the phone-call you were on long enough to even hold up a finger saying one moment. Nothing?!?! And to the younger female that walked back and forth twice and did the same?? Ok. Just saying that I could have completely walked past the front desk without checking in at all and not one person would have questioned me. Guess maybe I don’t need a membership. Maybe I’ll test that theory. To anyone paying for a membership, why bother?

I have not been to this Gym in 7 months because I moved. I was told if I want to cancel I would have to pay $500. The customer service representative suggested I just suck it up and wait for the contract to end. So it’s the end of my contract and I call to let them know I’m definitely not joining again , just for them to tell me they already enrolled me into the next year. No warning, no email, no reminder just that they already enrolled me into the next year. I ask them to please reconsider my contract ends in October, I have been paying $100 a month to a gym I don’t go to , I moved.I’m trying to get out of this contract. They tell me I’m going to have to pay for November, and if I want to cancel I have to come in and sign papers but I still have to give another $100 for November . Are you kidding me??? I asked several times if they could reconsider , and the answer was NO. This is not customer service. This is not right! Considering my circumstances, that I don’t even go to the gym, and I’ve been trying to get out of the contract in over 7 months now. The woman manager I spoke to was a robot!!!!The decency! They are a scam, no mercy here. They could care less about their customers!!!

I've been lifting and going to gyms for about 16 years. This is not my favorite weight room, but is probably the best total package fitness center in the area. The reason for 3 stars is the lack of preventative maintenance. I have complained off and on for the 1.5 years that I've been a member here (and I average 5-6 days a week attendance) about the dumbbells being loose. They may sometimes tighten them, but not on a regular schedule. Leaders: to fix the problem, go around the corner to harbor freight and pick up some threadlock. Spend about an hour with a drill and remove all of the securing bolts in the dumbbells, put a little threadlock on, and screw them back in. That's all it would take to forever fix your problem. Plus, most of the equipment needs oiling and deep cleaning. But there's no place better, so I give you that much. UPDATE 30may24 - dumbbells still loose... Update 20June2024: why fix things when you can tape them? Update 30Jul2024- dumbbells still loose! Update 12Aug2024- 30lb dumbbells almost came loose in my hands. Reported equipment issues to front desk yesterday, watched him write it down, will update if it ever gets fixed
