I will start by saying the instructors are great and informative. Parking absolutely is terrible especially when you have to be there 10 minutes early so you can’t do this on your lunch break and need to account for extra time. I am however dissatisfied with the cancellation fees they charge. I understand the reason for them but for someone like myself who has never done Pilates in my life and wanted to try it I bought a two week pass. Not understanding how sore I might be I did have to cancel a few classes but when doing them still gave them plenty of notice to the point that they always filled the spot. If I was a member or more seasoned I could see this charge but honestly it is a nice and dining game which doesn’t make it inviting. I still have days left but will not be going back.

Was an okay experience, instructors were fine but nothing really stood out about this studio. I will say the parking situation is difficult since mosaic district is usually packed with people so it’s hard finding a spot unless you walk 10 min from the garages. The other spots are only 15 min curbside. More diverse clientele and I’ve seen at least a few guys attending so there’s some diversity in members.

Solidcore changed my life! It’s the only workout I’ve done where I truly see results. Awesome coaches and a stellar workout that transforms your body.

Love working out at Solid Core at Mosaic, great coaches and music, leaving me feel shaky and stronger after each class. Thank you

Class instructions were very confusing as this instructor spoke too fast with unclear words as when to stop/start to the next moves ...she knew most were still new to the class. Her words did not provide clear instructions on next steps and moves. Most in the class (arms, legs wrap) were looking at each other for the moves. She kinda assumed you knew what the moves mean and how to do it. At least the music wasn't super loud like other studios. Overall, an ok workout but I was guessing on when to push/pull or pulse or not. That's not why I went into a studio to workout. I will not continue with more classes because of this experience. Not for me.
