F45 Training

Olivia and Paul are a great trainer team! Really liked the “pairs” style workout. Definitely feeling stronger after 2 months of training with F 45. Highly recommend.

If you want to workout in an environment that is positive and welcoming, this is your place. The coaches are excellent. The schedule is flexible. The workouts are made to be modified to suit you. I was in horrible shape when I arrived and now I am proud to say that I am fit! The owners are lovely people too. Sign up, you won’t be disappointed.

I've been doing F45 for over 7 years at various studios around DC and elsewhere. The workouts are well organized and easy to follow. Each studio has it's own vibe based on the coaches and community. This studio has friendly, high-energy coaches. There's less of a community feel at this studio than at other F45s I've trained at. It may be that there are fewer people in many of the classes or people are just not as interested in socializing. Hopefully that will change as the studio grows!

My 20-month journey with F45 Training mosaic has been truly transformative. Attending over 300 classes, I've achieved fitness milestones I never thought possible. The dynamic workouts, guided by trainers, kept me motivated and excited. The supportive community and inclusive atmosphere made every session rewarding. However, the one-month notice for membership cancellation left me disappointed. Despite this, F45 Training has had a remarkable impact on my well-being, pushing me to surpass my limits and instilling newfound confidence. Highly recommended, with a suggestion to reevaluate the cancellation policy. Thank you, F45 Training, for empowering me to lead a healthier, more active life.

My experience at F45 is great. I like the versatile and always changing workouts that keep you going. But without the right team and coaches you can easily lose direction and hurt your self. I find coaches and staff at F45 Mosaic to be professional, friendly and motivational. The facility itself is extremely clean and following strict state guidelines during this pandemic making feel safe.
