Maria's session was very impressive. I felt a significant improvement in my neck and lower back, and I feel blessed to have found better posture. She is a highly qualified Pilates instructor and physical therapist, which is truly amazing!

For the last two years, anyone who knows me has heard about Inner Core Wellness. Maria, the owner is an exceptional Pilates trainer and physical therapist as well. In addition, all trainers who work for her possess specific skills and knowledge. With Maria's guidance I have developed inner-core strength, and improved my understanding of what is "right" for me related to physical activities. Knowing one's strengths and limitations is such a great feeling. Whether you want one to one sessions or small group, are male or female, I highly recommend you give this studio a try. You will be very happy you did because you will have learned more about yourself, worked hard and feel terrific.

Maria is an amazing instructor! I drive over an hour weekly to take a private lesson from her! I live in Hillsmere Shores, MD, and she's worth the drive!

Maria is absolutely amazing, she explains so well why I feel my certain muscles tightness or discomfort, her spectacular knowledge saved my LIFE!!! I would’ve kept having my neck or shoulder pain(or make it worse lol) if I didn’t work with her. So thankful that she got to see my body and fix it! The Teacher Training Center must be officially recognized by Romana Pilates, and is one of the few places in Virginia that can not only teach members but also provide Pilates expert course instructor training. This is a Pilates center with Director Maria, who is extremely popular among Romana Pilates teachers not only in Korea but also in the United States. Since he has over 20 years of experience in physical therapy, he looks at your body more accurately than anyone else and explains it in an easy-to-understand manner. He has an amazing insight into which muscles I use on a daily basis are imbalanced, which are overused, and which are tight. This studio is highly recommended for those who want to take classic Pilates lessons and learn safely in the right place without getting hurt :-) !!!!!!!!! Maria Sam is love!!!!!
