Seven Star Martial Arts

I was hesitant as a parent when we started at Seven Star Martial Arts but it has proven to be an excellent program that is serious about their goals. Their teachers are serious about the martial arts and the lessons and our son loves going here. We see him more focused at home. It still amazes me that he always puts his homework and practice first before spending time on playing games or watching any television. They are good people trying to make the world a little better. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Sifu Jeff and his team are amazing! My 5 and 9 year olds love martial arts and they're learning so much more than just self defense here! Highly recommended!

My husband and I joined 7 Star Martial Arts a little over 2 years ago and it has been life changing! For the better! Not only are we getting the benefit of learning self defense, but we are also exercising regularly doing something we love, made new friends, and have great support from this awesome community. Our daughter has been a student here for over 6 years so this has become a family activity and we love it!

Seven Star Martial Arts is awesome! Arlo has learned so much thru the years like discipline, instilling confidence, reaching goals, burning off energy and learning self defense while having fun.

Our son started Seven Star martial arts classes since he was 4 and he's enjoying all the classes. He has been always excited to show us what he has learned every week, and he also learned how to follow rules and respect others. Thank you Jeff for bringing this excellent program to his preschool!
