This has been such a wonderful experience for my son that has not only taught him martial arts, but also helped him to build confidence within himself. My 2 children started not long ago for a few weeks. Coach Alex explained the program very thoroughly and very friendly. Coach Johan. That man is a great motivator. You can tell he is passionate about teaching. Sparring and drills! Real life practice for real life situations.

My son has been coming to PMA Richmond for over a year and still looks forward to each class. We are thankful for all the amazing coaches (Coach Alex, Johan, and Josh) and how they teach fundamental life skills to the kids. My son has grown tremendously since joining.
