Love the trainers , the studio and the girls that work but that's where it ends. God forbid if you have any issues that need to be addressed, it's like pulling teeth with management and having to follow up consistently . Highly disappointed as this was not the experience I had with my first studio.

I was greatly anticipating the opportunity to experience OTF, conveniently located just 8 minutes away. After booking my class for Sunday, March 10th, I was informed that a card needed to be placed on file to secure the booking, with assurance that no charges would be incurred. However, upon arriving 10 minutes past the 30-minute arrival window for the first session, I was informed that I could not participate in the class and was unexpectedly charged $28. I am perplexed by this charge, especially considering it was a trial session, which typically carries no cost. The lack of clarity regarding this fee is concerning. It is disheartening that despite the trial offer, entry to the class was denied just 20 minutes before its commencement, and an unexplained fee was attempted to be levied without explanation or my approval . This experience has left me dissatisfied with the rigidity of their policies, so sad that this my experience with OTF for the first time ever. And it’s such an inconvenience that I have to order a new one to avoid their $28 charge. Don’t come here they are money hungry and it shows…I haven’t even tried a class!
